A beautiful Monitor, well worth the price. Easy to use.

I purchased this TV as an open box return for my son's room and got it at a great price. Once I set it up and mounted it on the wall, I fired it up and it worked perfectly and the picture was bright and colorful. I was very impressed with the sound that came from the TV as most internal speakers for a flat panel television sound cheap and tinny. These speakers sounded very nice. I would highly recommend this TV for purchase.

Liked the sleek design of the stand. Great picture quality, resolution. Remote is extremely easy to use. Bought this TVfor my daughter to take to college. She really likes it and so far has completely lived up to her expectations.

Bought this as an upgraded bedroom tv. I initially believed the Samsung hype and bought a 32" Samsung tv for around the same price as this tv, but returned that when the sound was so bad that I would have had to buy a soundbar to hear it. Did my research and went with this tv based on the LG reputation as well as the two 20W speakers as opposed to 5W or 10W speakers of most tvs around this size. Most tvs of this size sacrifice speaker size for a slimmer profile. This tv accomplishes both a slim profile as well as great stock sound! Also, the LG remote and settings menu navigation is very intuitive. Perfect for the bedroom!

I bought this TV to replace my 5 year old Samsung. I looked at a lot of different TVs and this one turned out to be the best bang for the buck. Great picture, nice features, slim and lightweight. Definitely a good deal.

In a market where last year's model seems almost obsolete, this model stands apart when considering price and size/quality. Great deal for the price. It's noticeably not 4k when in use, but at 40" it's not worth double the price for the upgrade.

ok first one was having some ghosting problems second one had lines visible even when off you can see them but third one is excellent so definetely lg has good tvs you can see the clarity and crisp hd picture on this lg lf5600 and I would never blame best buy for some products that are defective I love to shop at best buy again and again thank you Best buy Kyle at south county store is awesome he's a great manager and also Manchester store is very helpful and fast checkout they are great

I bought this for my mom, to replace an old 27", no-name brand TV she's had for years. The TV is perfect and she loves it. Very easy to set-up, light, and easy to navigate with the remote. Purchased on sale for $245.99 in late Jan 2016.

Lightening came in and hit one of our televisions. We had purchased a 65" tv at Best Buy earlier and got a great price and had great service, so we decided to go back to Best Buy again. We were not disappointed. The salesman was great - he greeted us, asked us what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we had in mind. My husband asked numerous questions about the tv and the salesman answered each and everyone. We purchased it, brought it home, connected it to our cable and with no problems, turned it on and began watching it. The color quality, size, everything about the tv was great and we feel like we got a good price.

Really like the TV. The price was fantastic, as we got it on sale, but the quality of the TV is fantastic. It's very sleek and modern looking, and the clarity of the picture is great, especially for the price. Very pleased.

I love the TV it's great for the price! I use this TV as a computer monitor and the HD movies and games look great. My only gripe with this TV is the remote! It doesn't register when I push buttons sometimes. Remote doesn't feel cheap or anything just seems like bad signal? Idk

This LG tv has a great picture and was easy to set up. Would willingly buy another when I need another one.

The sound on this tv is really nice! I don't think I'll plan on adding speakers. The picture is great as well. The only downside to this, and many other tvs, is the location of all the inputs on the back. If you plan on mounting this tv, be careful of what mount you buy or purchase rca cable adapters with 90degree right angles and a hdmi cable with a 90degree end on it. There's not enough room between the mount and the input to allow for a regular cord.

Great deal on this LG 42" HDTV! Prefect size for my bedroom. Excellent picture & sound! Easy to install. Only had to connect the feet and plug it in!

Works great and has a nice picture. No headphone jack output. The stand is the width of the tv so ensure your tv stand is the proper width. Wall mounting would not have this issue. Otherwise, good interface for component inputs like DVD/BluRay, etc.

I purchased this TV as a replacement for the Panasonic TV that was 9 years old that just quit working one day. Great picture and very thin. Easy hookup and great price. VERY happy with this purchase.

Purchased this television on Black Friday. What I like about this unit is it's build quality and design. I was very surprised by the weight. It is very light it also has a good picture. I would have given it 5 stars if it was a smart tv. Great find.

I was replacing a make-do TV in the living room after a year and a half in our new home while experimenting with cord-cutting at the same time. Being happy with the bigger Samsung we put in the family room on move-in, Best Buys' large selection was easy based on the needed size. Mounting on a third-party tilt unit was straightforward; I was even able to tuck the AppleTV box into the framing for a seamless appearance. Picture quality, remote function and adjustments have been satisfactory in all respects. We have been very pleased with the purchase.

Ease of set-up was a surprise. The store associate gave me bad info about the supports for the tv which sit under the tv at either end and are angled toward the outer edge of each side of the tv. So long story short the tv almost did not fit on my table which is almost exactly as wide as the tv itself. It has functioned flawlessly for over a month. The optical out to receiver is the only way I could hear anything through my ps3 after connecting the hdmi cable from the ps3 to the LG tv. It took a while to realize this when connecting cables.

Got this TV to hang on the wall in a rec room. It's a very good picture and is very thin making it a good choice for a wall mount TV. As with most LED TVs the sound isn't great but that's easily fixed by connecting to a sound bar or something.
