TV is easy to set up and picture is great but I could not use the SMART function until I installed a wifi extender. Now all is well.

I purchased this TV a month ago. This is a great smart TV. The screen is fantastic, and the smart functions work so well. I like it.

I scoped out a few different 4K TVs in the 43" class, but the combination of the quality of the 4K display and the price of the LG just couldn't be beaten. The Smart TV features are also very cool and fairly easy to use.

Allows for smart camera, exterior antenna and Wi-Fi - Bluetooth dongle. Came with standard Wi-Fi wireless LAN and Dolby digital so full access to cable, HULU, etc. features. Has 2 HDMI ports instead of competitors 1 which helps an audiophile like me. Only thing not available on model is a media card slot. Home delivery and installation by Geek Squad was fast and efficient and they cleaned up after themselves which is a big plus. Not sure the 2016 models can top this one without costing a lot more.

I received this TV free w/a purchase of my LG Oled 4K tv so I cannot speak to the price. However, the picture is of good quality and easy to navigate.

Man, I tried the sharp aquos 4k, and I didn't like it much so returned it for this one and it's not perfect but gets e job done, love the os too

This is a great 4K TV with a perfect picture and great sound. The app and smart functions are easy to use.

My son recommended the LG brand to us as we were having problems with our Samsung TV. So far, so good!

Great price on this TV the only thing was that my husband made me take it back because we have too many televisions I bought it just because the price was good on it

Highly recommended tv. One thing to point out is that this tv is 4k but to get the ultimate picture you have to have a signal that is 4k. So dont adjust your tv when the picture isnt as good as it should be as it is your substandard signal and not the tv. Netflix has a ton of shows in 4k which is worth paying the extra couple of bucks for to get the 4k signal. Channels that are broadcasting in 4k are just incredible

TV used in grandchildren's play room. It has excellent graphics for the PS4 and television.

I was in Best Buy and did something I NEVER do...impulse buy a major electronics purchase. Total backfire. The picture is VERY nice on this TV, that is a plus for sure. I bought it for the smart TV functions and that's where this set falls apart and some research would have shown that it was always going to be the case. Got it home and set up, which was easy. Connected right away to my WiFi network and updated Netflix and Amazon video so that I could stream some shows/movies. Put on a Nexflix movie and everything is great...for 20 min. Then it freezes. Tried again and nothing. I check and it has lost WiFi, I reset the WiFi and it connects, for about 5 min. At this point I call LG customer support and talk with them about it making it clear that I've owned this set for less than 2 hours and if we can't get this resolved quickly I would just return the set. They say that I need to speak to a level 2 technician but that they are closed (this is Sunday night), can I call back the next day? Ok fine, I'll call back because I'd have to wait for Best Buy to open anyway. I call the next day and was pleased that LG customer service had all my info and simply elevated me to level 2 quickly. Speaking with level 2 they said they can't do anything over the phone and they'd like to schedule for a technician to come out. Nope, not worth it and I boxed the set up and took it back to get the equivalent Samsung set. Best Buy was great about the return as they always are.

Excellent picture quality. Easy to use on--screen controls. Value for money!

Set up was a pain. Called LG for help and though the person I talked to was enthusiastic in trying to help me sadly I could not understand him. But we worked it out. Another quality product from LG

It would be a bit more convenient if it had more inputs and if they were located in the bottom of the screen and not the back. It WAS relatively inexpensive, however, so we were okay with it.

I'm using this TV as a large computer monitor and as a television. It's very sharp and easy to see.

I like the picture quality and features on this TV but there are not enough HDMI inputs.

High def channels do not seem as vibrant as store models. Called LG and my cable/internet service provider multiple times to figure out set up & remote control sync.
