    LG comes thru once again. Besides the high resolution and true colors, the feature I like best is a very user friendly remote.

    I give it a 2 star rating. Nice picture but, the dimming is anoying. And lg has decided that the user doesnt have the right to turn off energy saving. I personally dont like the idea of a function being hid from my use.

    The picture was great close to a oled but it fought with us to be connected to our xfinity internet so using tbe xfinity stream app was impossible. We gave it to our son Although LGs 2023 were said compatible.

    The picture is usually fine, but many inconveniences such as the voice recognition rarely works and the processing time is subpar. i have chosen to watch some shows on my phone when the tv can’t hold the wifi signal.

    Be catastrophic when buying this model now, because i just got it, and the ports that are supposed to be on the bottom portion of the 'L' are now on the back instead , along with they're being one less HDMI.

    This review concerns Best Buy customer service, not the product. I have been on the phone and chat for over 2 hours. The first two calls were disconnected. Then a 1hr+ chat started with me repeating myself several times and getting 1/2 answers and ended with an inability to sell me a 5-year extended protection plan for the advertised online price (when I purchased this TV in the local store--Ithaca, NY-- I was told I could purchase this plan any time during the return period. I was not told it would cost me more than the online price. The third phone call resulted in 4 transfers to "the right department." When I asked for a supervisor multiple times on chat, I was ignored. The last transfer during the last phone call took time to find an available supervisor, who made a single sound and disconnected. I was kicked back into the endless loop queue. No one has called back as promised. Great advertisement for an extended protection plan! Years ago, I vowed never to purchase from Best Buy again due to abysmal customer service and inaccessible support. It turns out that was a good decision. If you value your time, please do not purchase from this company with any expectation of support or even sales help via phone or chat. After this experience, I will purchase the same TV from one of 3 reputable online sources for less $ and cheaper protection plans and return this one within the return window. Congratulations, Best Buy. What a way to lose sales! The only good encounter was with the Ithaca Geek Squad, who answered questions in the store when the sales person shrugged her shoulders and said "good luck."

    Poor product and even worse CS

    Received as a Bday present. Poor picture quality-called store twice and got CS in some other place - both times after asking for a tech to come out since I was a TTM and have spent thousands of dollars on products and protection plans and spend 3.5 hours on the phone, the best I could get support wise was unplug/plug, we’ll have new one sent or take it back to the store. Took back to store and after waiting for an hour for the supervisor and explaining everything, his response while never looking me in the eye was you want to replace it or your money back. Asked when my TTM renewed and about my other extended plans and he said in a few days. Before I renewed asked him to send someone out to set up a new one or check that one and he said he couldn’t or it would cost me what I think was a couple of hundred dollars. Got so mad, came home cancelled my TTM, memberships and protection plans. I will never use Best Buy again let alone the one in Wilson NC and may consider never buying an LG product again.

    So far its a 300 tv. Audio and Nit adjustment is junk but its a tv. Btw, if you want the speed of a crt tv when turning it on this is the one for you. Next time ill do my own research before listening to a blue shirt.
