I purchased an open box model of this TV. I was hesitant at first, but after reading good reviews, I picked this TV up. I love it! It has a great picture and works well. My only complaint is the sound quality, but I excepted that. You will probably want to purchase a sound bar with it as well.

I purchased the tv for my boyfriend on Christmas and was debating between this one and a Samsung and even though I have no bad experiences with Samsung TVs I went with the LG since I heard great reviews from it and I will say I am happy I did! Great quality and great picture! Will recommend!!!

This smart tv is a great buy for anyone who wants to watch Netflix on 4K HDR, it is a bit old so it doesn’t have Airplay 2 or the Apple TV app. If you are looking for those I recommend to look for TVs that have those features, or are from 2019!

Love this TV. Took a little getting used to because it offers so much to you. I would recommend this to anyone to in the very least explore the option before you purchase another brand. I love the fact it becomes part of my Home net work and pulls videos from my WD MyCloud. You will love this item.

Its a very nice tv and the color is good. The picture is clear and the price was good.

Not only did I pick up this highly rated LGTV for a phenomenal price, but everything about it is amazing! Great sound and picture quality, remote is easy to use and it comes with a ton of apps. This TV can do so much more than I ever thought possible. I highly recommend this product.

I literally can’t even find the words to describe how much I adore this tv. I fell in love so hard that I had to purchase the 55” model as well. It has excellent picture, sound, easy set-up, and great user interface in general.

I bought this television to put above our fireplace in the den. I put it behind the sofa and forgot about it. I came across it about six months later. It was easy to install and program. Now we use the den more often and enjoy a nice fire on cold days.

Even the sound quality of this LG TV is good (unlike some). I've had no problems with it, picture is great, works seamlessly with my Roku stick (I opt not to use the smart TV features because I prefer Roku). Easy to program, easy to adjust. It was a great purchase.

I came to Best Buy. Looking for a nice tv not to expensive and that delivers a good quality picture and I sure got it. The tv is what I expected to be. It has a great clear picture and the sound it’s great. The value well it was super nd so far the tv is great. My family is happy

Beautifully clear and vivid picture with 180 degree viewing. Easy set up to Internet and auxiliary devices. The picture quality is amazing. We have re-watched many movies, tv series and documentaries because the picture is so clear and amazing. Definitely an overwhelming recommendation.

I like LG televisions, however, I am disappointed with the sound quality of this unit. It has a"tinny" quality even after making all the possible adjustments. Picture quality is much better after you update the firmware (something new to me). My Samsung TVs are significantly better in both picture and sound quality. I would recommend this one for a den, bedroom etc but not a larger area.

Excellent tv for the price. It was delivered right to our door and arrived in excellent condition. It was easy to hook up to AV system and easy to install on wall mount. It delivers an excellent picture. It has on screen instructions. It has easy to read closed captions and easy apps.

I got this tv to replace another name brand I refused to get all at first cause didn't think any better well I was wrong awesome tv I will see if it holds up as long as my jvc that's 15 years old, but great picture out of those lg almost life like keep up the work no cons out of me
