    TV works well, but the “Magic Remote” is by far the most frustrating remote I’ve ever encountered….. I contacted LG to see if they sold a Universal remote to replace the piece of garbage they call a remote but there is no alternative. If it wouldn’t be such a huge hassle I would return the whole TV that is how infuriating this stupid remote is. Don’t buy this TV - you’ll regret it.

    I've had this TV for a year and a half, and it still performs as well as the day I bought it. The user interface is relatively smooth, however, suffers from a large amount of LG software bloatware. Otherwise, the TV does its job extremely well.
