Good picture easy to setup.. menus a little confusing but a good tv

Clarity is good & overall performance is amazing. We liked it.

The first LG UP8000 TV I bought was clearly defective. It would only stay on for about 15 seconds before constantly turning off. I was able to very easily return it to the store who replaced the TV without any questions. The second TV appears to work fine and I m happy with it.

I own three of these TVs and each one of them work fantastic. reason for a missing star in my rating is that some streaming services are not available comparing with its competitors, i.e., DirecTV Stream. Other than this little detail the Product is reliable and fits the needs of most of the households.

Purchased this TV for bedroom use due to space constraints and not as a primary TV. It has proved to be reliable and reasonable from a price point and performance. The TV was ordered online from my local store and was delivered promptly and I was kept up to date with the shipping progress.

The tv picture quality is amazing, but the sales rep at the store didn't know anything about a few apps that I've asked for. Specific the MLB TV app is not compatible with the tv and for that reason I'm taking the tv back and get a samsung

Great lower end tv. It allows games from the previous generation consoles (ps4, xbox 1x, switch) to pop, I would not buy this tv for and xbox series x nor a ps5. The apps are very easy to use and there are so many there is no need for a cable box; just watch things off hulu, disney+, netflix, and more.

I bought to use it with my Xbox series X and it’s worth the amount spend with all the features. It has an option for 4K gaming and I just love it. In addition, I was surprised by the speakers. They are pretty good for the price.

nice tv. have a samsung smart and now a lg. smart for a change. Note: do not us old HDMI cables. Need a 2.0 or 2.1 HDMI for 4k / 2160. a good fit.

bought to be mainly a monitor, works well for that, but that computer died so using as TV. I don't have cable and my antenna goes to a different tv, which leaves streaming. Works okay with main apps. but then there is the remote. Even after utube instructions it is still indecipherable.

Only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because it was missing screws for one of the feet that screwed into the bottom of the tv. But I knew this when i bought it thats why i got it for a cheaper price. Other than that the TV works great!

Wasn’t a fan. Colors not very true. Reds had an orange cast. Generally not a vibrant picture even straight on. Washed out. Turning off eco mode improved a little bit. Surprising since I have an LG OLED and couldn’t be happier. But LED a disappointment. Returned to store and bought a Sony. Almost twice the price but worth it for a bedroom Tv that gets watched as much as the one in the living room.

Nice inexpensive TV. It does not remember the settings for audio when you turn it off. You have to reset the audio every time you turn it on.

So far so good, The TV works as advertised, using the scroll/mouse function takes some getting used to. So far, no issues to report.

Like lookin' through a window! Real problem with the "smart" remote. Cursor has a mind of its own, buttons don't correlate with the various devices, and who knows if it's recording or transmitting what it hears.

Good IQ, I don't like the controller. Other than that nice TV. Smart functions are OK, I would recommend upgrading with a Chromecast at some point.

Nice TV with great image. A little problem to set Netflix but a YouTube video assisted us! Overall we are very satisfied with this brand and the quality of the TV.

A good tv for its price. Definitely a cheap tv but I like it for that

TV is great, had it for over a year now with no problems~ The built in TV speaker isn't the greatest but added a soundbar which resolved this issue.
