The picture was great, but the sound was horrible (garbled). Would have brought it back but I am elderly and it was difficult for me to remove from stand and get it back in the original package that was saved. The manual that came with the unit is worthless.

It’s ok for Lg. The apps crash, connecting to cable box is a nightmare. Cox came and tested the box and it works fine. Tried the same box on my Sony and Samsung tv’s no problem. Can’t even use air play with my ipad. Never again

I bought this TV for my bedroom December 2021. It gets some use, but not that much since we predominately use our living room TV to watch TV together. This past August, eight months after purchasing, the TV stopped working. You could hear the sound but there was no picture. I called LG to trouble shoot, they conclude it’s the main panel or something to that effect and because it’s under warranty, they send it off to a company to have them come out and repair. Bless the company they sent it to that’s on the whole other side of Atlanta to drive all the way here to repair it, considering they’ve had to come twice and it’s still not fixed. First time they determine it isn’t the main panel but the back light. He has that part sent to my house and he shows up the next week to repair it, and lo and behold, it’s the wrong part too. He says he needs the part including the assembly which should come with a backlight and apparently their “assembly” didn’t include that, it only included the screen which I didn’t need. He called them and they mentioned trying another part number, which he didn’t think was correct either and thinks there might not even be a way to order that part. So they wanted me to take off another day of work just to TRY this part too and see if it worked. I was just at my wits end and told them never mind. Went out and bought a Samsung like I should have done to begin with since I’ve never had an issue with those and that’s what we have all over our house. Sucks to have to eat the cost of this one, but it’s been a terrible experience. What TV less than a year old has a backlight blow? I’ve own my other TVs for at least a decade in some cases and never had this happen.

Cannot view screen unless totally angled toward viewer. If I move to different chair, can’t see the whole screen. At least it is light enough to keep moving it around.

Ok HD TV, about the same as 1080HD TV. I do not like that you must create an account in order to watch TV or anything else. They track and sale what you watch.
