This TV was easy to set up and it is fantastic. The picture is bright and clear and the sound is extremely good. Picking up the TV from Best Buy was an extremely process!

TV itself is great, I have 3 other LGs. Took a star off because of remote - cool concept but: not at all intuitive; very sparse instructions; keypad not backlighted (deal breaker!); have to point remote directly at TV receptor, no wiggle room; sound bar in front of TV interferes with the remote signal; red 'recording' button doesn't seem to work; if you have any grown-out thumbnail you can't push the "select" button since it is recessed; pointer sometimes moves wildly and can't be directed properly. Will be going back to my Xfinity remote...

LG picture and sound are the best I have viewed. Geek squad installed and set-up tv perfectly.

Tv works fine but the new webos 6 is a step backwards from my old LG tv with an older software version. Old was sleek with jus an app bar on the bottom. New is so cluttered with a tiny bar. Def not as user friendly. I specifically chose the LG for the webos and regretting this a bit.

If you're looking for a 1 or 2 year TV, this is for you. LG Smart TV's last about as long as the warranty, if that, and their customer service will delay and disappear until it's expired and then tell you you're on your own. Cheaply made garbage. First the Bluetooth and networking will begin flaking out and crapping out, then you'll be repeatedly annoyed by notifications telling you it disconnected, and reconnected, then before you know it the software begins freezing and hanging causing you to lose remote control until you reboot. Worst garbage on the market. Never forget, LG is Lucky GOLDSTAR. the same Goldstar cheap garbage you used to find at Kmart. They changed the name to try and hide from the bad reputation. Avoid like the plague.

Awful tv with ads. I used to love LG tv’s. Now I’ll never buy another one. Best Buy should sell better products, like ones consumers actually want to buy.
