I'm impressed with the image quality and the operating system. I bought an LG Magic Remote to use with it and like they way it functions. My Cox Contour remote works well with it as well. The audio is acceptable but I bought a Roku Streambar to provide better sound which is directed toward me and which make speech easier to understand. It gives me better sound as well as access to the PBS app which the TV does not support.

I purchased the 43" tv. The picture is just amazing. Setup was quick and easy. I went to Best Buy and considered other brands, but the LG's picture was better and clearer than any other entry level tv on display.

I purchased a 55" LG smart TV 5 years ago with voice assist and when I wanted a new TV for my bedroom I decided to buy another LG because of the good picture. I purchased this TV which was advertised as having voice assist but when it was delivered the remote was very generic with no microphone. I spent many hours with Best Buy support and LG support and I finally learned that unlike the last LG TV I purchased which came with a Magic Remote, I would have to buy another one to get the Voice Assist to work on this TV. I was told I needed remote #MR24GN, but they don't even sell this at Best Buy. LG sells it for $50. The Geek Squad tech who came to my house couldn't get Alexa or Google to work either. Why sell a voice assist TV if you are not going to include a remote that allows this feature to work.

Hi Mary.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We appreciate your loyalty to LG and your feedback regarding the voice assist feature on your new 43UT7590PUA TV.
The LG Magic Remote, which is required for voice assist functionality, is indeed sold separately for some models. We understand that this may not have been clear at the time of purchase. To ensure you get the full functionality of your TV, including voice assist, the MR24GN Magic Remote is the recommended accessory. While it may not be available at all retailers, it can be purchased directly from LG or other authorized sellers.
If you need further assistance or guidance on where to find the remote, or if you have additional questions, please send us a private message on our social media platform via @LGUSSupport. Our team is here to help ensure you have a great experience with your LG TV.
We value your feedback and are here to assist you. ^Sam

HAVING TROUBLE GETTING SET UP? READ MY REVIEW TV itself is great. Setting it up, is a nightmare! I've never had SUCH a DIFFICULT time getting the television set up, hooked up to WIFI, and working. I've bought three televisions in the last two years. Samsung's were a breeze! This LG . . . brought me to my knees! I had to: - Turn off the automatic location - Switch my location from United States to Canada - Turn off automatic date and time - Turn off the IPV6 - Switch the DNS address to 8.8.8.8 THIS allowed me to hook up to the WIFI and download the updated Terms of Service, then accept them. Now, I need to be able to use my Netflix and Hulu. So, I had to go back, and update my location from Canada to the US. This caused some issues, and I had to go through everything once again. I had to power down the television. Unplug it. Give it a few minutes. Plug it back in, and go through everything once again. I'm sure I was making this harder than it had to be, however, I have never had a television where I had to switch so many settings, JUST to log onto WIFI and accept the Terms of Service. All in all, it took me approximately 4 hours to get this TV set up so I could watch King of the Hill. Having trouble? HINT: Follow my steps above, or watch a YouTube video that walks you through the steps. Good luck! You're going to need it :)

I’ve made the switch from all samsing to all LG TV’s. Last upgrade was my guest bedroom and this 4k TV on sale fo $289 was bargain. Great picture and love that I no longer have to coonect a roku to get my streaming services. Speakers are better quality as well. Not sure why a review was one star other than he was complaining about something that has nothing to do with the quality of the TV.

This LG-43" TV with a stand was perfect for the space I had. The picture is crisp and the sound is easily controlled.

I lived without a TV for a week, so I was so glad when they came and did such a good job of setting the new one!

This LG TV is a nice TV. The picture is really good - nice color. The negative issue is the sound quality. I purchased a Sonos to help with that.

This is a great TV we got for my son’s room. Nothing too fancy. A 4K tv that he uses to game on. Picture is nice and clear. Got a great open box deal on it. Works flawlessly so far.

I just bought the television in find the picture to be okay. The colors aren't all that Vivid and that's comparing it to my 12-year-old Sony of the same size 43 in. Hopefully I can tweak it to get a better picture. The remote is awful makes for bad experience setting it up. I've never experienced such a bad remote if I don't find a better remote for this TV it's going back. The keys are way too close together, the remote itself is so lightweight, there's a delay between the time of key is depressed and a response. It's just horrible. Using this remote made the setup two or three times longer than it needed to be. I don't recommend this TV

Great picture and easy to set up. Sound is fair. Would be better with sound bar. Different picture modes allows user to set for sports, movies, etc.

This LG is a great TV. The picture out of the box is excellent, but a little to bright for my taste. There are many adjustments you can make and I found the ones that I liked best. There are 3 HDMI inputs and the remote still has direct entry numbers to change channels. You don't find that feature on any other smart sets anymore

Super nice TV could use a better remote control but still a great TV for the price
