I manage a hotel and have to purchase lg has a brand standard. We have had a few issues but overall they last a long time.

Got it on sale for 348.99. Awesome for that price. Only drawback is no audio output.

ordered this TV for my son for Christmas. Took it out of the box day after Christmas and the screen was cracked. Drove 30 mins to best buy stood in return line for 40 mins and than what a shook they don't have TV in stock. So i had to pay more money for a similar TV.. Best Buy should have matched the price...

I had a LG TV before and I really liked it. But this experience is not as quite good. I wanted a TV that can play video from USB, and the only reason I ordered this model is because the price was reasonable and someone in Q&A confirmed that this TV is capable of playing video from USB - which is not true. I am really disappointed for the fact that the information provided was misleading. The answer was posted for more than 2 months and no one cared to review or correct it. Unfortunately, now I have to either deal with this hassle or spend more on other device to make it work. Note to anyone who is looking for a TV that plays video from USB, look for something else.

It's a great tv. Especially for the price. Made a great present for my girlfriend

I love LG products and was very excited to get this one. I've always used LG but due to weather circumstances out of my control, my Tv was damaged. What I found most upsetting was that the Best Buy and geek squad staff basically said you're on your own. We can't help that the tv you just bought two weeks ago is damaged. I had to go out and buy another tv and found a place whose insurance covers accidental damage. I won't buy another TV from Best Buy if your best answer to me is you're on your own when something out of my control happens.

I would have loved an opportunity to watch the tv which was supposed to be a graduation gift for a relative. Unfortunately shipping process was a disaster. The Tv were not handled properly and damanged before arriving to us..my thankful the best buy gave me a full refund...

Disappointed in the sound quality. Wouldn't recommend this one!

I bought this tv from best buy website during T DAY week for $380 and for the price and size and brand you can't go wrong. Not the most perfect picture ever but very good and I am picky. Sound is good as you can expect for a new tv. I have had other LG TV's and have had good luck so far with them also.

Clear picture, fast! Way better than Samsung in my opinion

Bought this after my 40" LED kicked the bucket. Not a bad TV compared to a few years ago, particularly for the sale price, but the sound is not very good (and no audio output) and the screen has bleeding shadows on the corners and edges in places. I got the equivalent size Samsung and it's much better. It has a better picture (much more even lighting) and way better sound... for the same price. This LG model is probably made, and best suited, for a bar.

Bought this after we refinished the basement and made it into a game room. Got it on sale and it was a good deal. I have an LG in another room and I like that it has a timer that will turn the TV on at a certain time -- kind of an alarm clock but less annoying. I'm disappointed that the TV has no option for supplemental audio which meant our Bose system had to go with the older TV in the basement. If I had known this, we probably would have bought a different model, but they aren't on sale any more. I also bought a second sound bar to go with it, but I'll have to return that. In my opinion that makes this the lesser entertainment system in the house even though it's the newer TV. Only has 2 HDMI outputs, which is why we kept all the game systems with the older TV.

I just love it the sound and picture quality just great and for the price I was shocked at what a steal for such a great tv

I purchased this TV for my mother for Mothers Day. She really like the display and the sound compared to her old Sony TV.

Overall, great pic and quality HDTV. . Sound is average
