All contents looks great. The upscaler does a great job. Webos is nice but the app selection is limited. For example HBO Go and Showtime Anytime are noticeably missing. Problem solved with Roku however unless you have a Roku 4, you won't get 4K streaming. Picture is ultra sharp. Black levels are mediocre making the colors seem a little dull. Tremendous value.

Put this tv in my basement. Great picture and easy setup

I really like the tv and the quality of the picture. I have noticed that there are some apps that are not available to lg tvs that would probably make me not want to purchase this tv again. Aside from the few apps, the tv does a fine job and I would recommend to someone who just wanted to use it for watching cable tv or Netflix.

I was looking for a replacement television for my home office/workout room. The picture quality of this tv is GREAT! I think Netflix, Hulu and other streaming services look better than broadcast tv but even that looks great. I don't use the Smart features much since I already had a Roku setup so for now I still use that.

Got a great deal on this during Black Friday! I love it so far. My previous smart TV was a Samsung and I hated that the Smart Hub constantly needed updates to work properly and the updates would take forever. Have not had to do a single update on this LG and everything works beautifully. Not a single complaint.

We bought this primarily for the kids to use in the basement. It has a great refresh speed for video games and has an excellent picture for games and movies. I wish the sound was a little better but that is pretty much with all TV's now. I would recommend a soundbar with this tv. It is a great tv though!

Black Friday special and chance to get 4K ultra at a great price. No complaints. Have watched more football since Thanksgiving than I have in the last 10 years. Did go into store and check it out prior to purchase. Also opted for 5-year protection plan. $99 so $20 per year rather cheap insurance.

I never imagined how real the picture is on this TV. I feel like I'm sitting up front in the audience! So weird. Sometimes I feel like I'm right in the action which makes it intense! So cool, and quite amazing. There is so much more that I haven't even begun to explore, I'm just watching the TV!

I took back another brand as it was cheaper and had a lot of blur with high action scenes would happen... refresh rate just couldn't keep up... Went it to BB going to get a Samsung when the BB rep asked a few questions.. Action, Video games, and Smart for OTT streaming... he looked at there system and suggested the LG, it was bigger than the Sam. and had all the same specs and it was on sale.. Well saving over 100 from what I went in there to spend and being very satisfied with the TV... No blur Pic is sharp and games look amazing... Great purchase

My problem was the legs come to the very end of the TV. They came to the end of my TV stand. I was afraid someone would hit it and knock it off of the stand. I did turn the TV on and the picture did look really good. Sale price was also good. I would recommend if stand is big enough. However, I had to return.

I bought this TV as an open box item for my first 4K TV that actually went in my son's room. I was actually very happy with the picture and the features of this TV. When I purchase my 75"-85" 4K TV for my living room I may have another option to consider now besides Sony and Samsung!

Only complaint is the blacks aren't as deep as I'd like, but haven't had really deep blacks since plasma's were a thing. That one trade-off is greatly overtaken by a very sharp picture, lightweight frame, and good quality sound with no need for a soundbar in a bedroom set-up. Has Netflix and Amazon prime and streaming access. Good overall package.

For years I trolled the stores around the holidays and dreamed of one day owning a 4K unit, and LG models always stood out as having the best visuals, sharpest contrasts and most vibrant colors. What a delight it is to finally have one, and at a tremendous Black Friday discount! My one qualm is that the unit seems to be knocking itself off of our wifi network about once a week, which adds a few extra steps to loading and utilizing the Smart TV apps. The process is simple, but it's frustrating to face the same challenge so frequently. That being said, all it takes is about 30 seconds of streaming more gorgeous 4K content to perk me up again. The visuals are just as fulfilling at home as they were during my annual "window shopping" excursions.
