While the product is great, the manufacturer's information on setting up the RAC (reverse audio channel for use with an AV receiver) leaves a lot to be desired. It's almost like trying to build a bridge using plans for a car. Once I got everything sorted out, I was able to fully enjoy the full experience of the TV!

This tv is just ok, it feels a little cheap and the apps are a little slow and buggy, sometimes I have to turn the tv on and off to get an app to work. also every once in a while it will lose the wifi settings. overall the picture quality is pretty good and the tv is inexpensive

Tv is great but the phone service from the Geek squad was terrible.I am an elite member with total tech service plan, and it is impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Every time I called, there was a 30 minute wait. They do not offer to return the call, but want to chat on the computer. My typing skills are not what they used to be, since I am over 80 yrs old. This turned me right off on buying anything else from Best Buy. I have bought over $5000 of goods this year but I’m afraid you have seen the last of me.

I bought three LG TVs for a new home. While they are well presented, every one of these has tech glitches. I could not load Netflix or prime until I read on the internet it’s a common problem and you need to use your phone hotspot to connect the first time and download the update. Something about web providers fire walling LG. After I got it loaded I could go back to my home wifi, but all three TVs lose the password after not using the TV for a week or so and you have to type it back in. Long and short of it, ok is these are mid grade TVs and I did not spend $4000, but they were triple the cost of the cheap entry level TCLs we put in our rental properties. I don’t think the picture is significantly better and, after a dozen TCL and Vizio entry level TVs, I’ve never had the difficulty in set up or the tech glitches like the LG. I bought two 49” and one 75”- all perform the same. Disappointed, but not totally dissatisfied. I’d just buy the cheaper ones next time.

Ordered this tv online and I did not have any problems with picking it up. It was during the holidays and also during Black Friday. The wait for the tv to be ready for pickup was not long. I pulled up to store and they loaded it up for me. Tv is not heavy and tv is easy to install and also very easy to setup.

Great tv no problems with it so far and quality is good
