I love the size of this washer. I can get a full queen size sheets, blanket and comforter all in one load. The only issue is that due to the size, I am 5'6 and have to stand on my tippy toes and really reach to get small items from the bottom of the washer. If I was any shorter, I would not be able to reach.

We got this washer in exchange for a 4-year-old LG washer of the same type. We loved the old washer but several months ago it began experiencing "uneven load" errors during the spin cycle. Thankfully, we had purchased 5-year Best Buy Geek Squad protection (which I Highly recommend for major appliances). The Best Buy Geek Squad technician made 5 or 6 visits to work on the original washer. In attempting to fix the problem, he replaced pretty much everything except the tub. At that point, Best Buy offered us the choice of either continuing to try to fix the problem by replacing the tub (which may or may not have fixed it), or of exchanging the original washer for a new version of the same washer, under our Geek Squad protection plan. Although we greatly appreciated the technician's efforts, we chose to exchange the washer for a new one, and also purchased 5-year Geek Squad protection on the new washer. We have now had the new washer for a month. I love the front control panel. The controls need a very light touch to activate and therefore take some getting used to. The capacity is awesome. And even though it uses minimal water, so far the washer has done a wonderful job of washing our clothes. I have already recommended it to several people. I had purchased this washer a year ago and loved it. We moved and didn't take it with us. It was horrible going back to a regular washer. When this went on sale we decided to buy it again. It is fast, quiet, water efficient, and most importantly gets the clothes clean. It spins fast so clothes come out semi dry, however if you leave clothes in wash for awhile they end up wrinkled. I shake them out before putting in the dryer and have no problems. The control panel position is great, looks nice and easy to access. Great machine

I had to upgrade to a new washer. The one I had died after 14 years. I wanted something bigger than what I had before, but I didn't want a front load. I did a lot of researching and liked what I saw with this model. After having it now for a few months, I couldn't be happier. I'm able to do large loads, or small loads. It's automatic detection sets the loads/adds the right amount of water. It's quiet, and gets the laundry clean. Highly recommend this unit!

I decided to purchase this LG unit to replace the samsung topload that was recalled. compared to the samsung, the color of the two units are fairly close but the LG is a slightly smaller unit despite both having 5 cu ft of space. The LG has the wifi option to run the washer which may be helpful in times when we want to run the washer but don't want the clothes to be damp for hours because we can pack the washer before we leave and just turn it on using our phones later. One reason I choose the LG unit vs another samsung was the unbalanced load that we experienced with the samsung constantly. So far the LG has not exhibited this problem. so good marks. However, I rate it as only good because it still lacks some features such as steam wash. Also, the app to run the washer using wifi has so much potential but right now it's very limited.

We spent a lot of time reviewing washers and dryers, and ended up with this set, and I'm very happy, It's quiet, it has enough room without taking up a lot of space, it doesn't take forever, and it looks beautiful. I'm happy, and it's been working well for a month (when things usually break.)

Very nice look. Holds lots of clothes. Google Home Assistant does not report accurate time remaining. Probably an LG/Google app issue.

Best washer we have ever had! It is extremely energy efficient and definitely the best investment!

It is a great washer but a little bit more difficult than the original washers that have the panel on the back of it if you are shorter. I’m 5’2” and due to the control panel being on the front I now need a step stool to reach smaller items in the bottom of it.

Washer has great size, can fit a king size comforter. Wash cycles take a long time and clothes don't get as clean as with an old fashioned agitator washer. However, if you have to buy a new washer, this one is nice. There is a "speed wash" cycle that saves time but whatever you are washing must be lightly soiled when using this cycle.

It’s a very good deal for a black stainless steel washer!

I wanted a color other than the white color and this color was a nice transistion. Quiet also.

Hard to figure out in the beginning when your use to a basic washer

We bought in late January and had to wait 2 weeks then in two days touch control start button failure Best Buy said even though I bought 3 year warranty the manufacturer does first year and the said two weeks then they said sorry no parts available and LG was little help until I called them a third time and parts were moved from April to mid March supposedly and they would not replace nor Best Buy so all laundromat cost and driving are mine I guess for these months

These units were purchased 2 years ago and we've have had nothing but a great experience with the washer and the dryer. My sister has Cal. King bed and she and my brother in law raves how great of a wash she gets compared to her previous 12 year old LG front loaders. Before that she had an old top loader with an agitator that ruined most of her clothes. I have a queen and this washes exceptionally. The dryer also does a great job drying large loads.
