This washer is very quiet and gets the cloth clean. I am very happy with my purchase. On the other hand I am still trying to get Best Buy to fix the pricing.

This washer has great capacity and does a fantastic job of cleaning. I'm very happy with my purchase and would purchase another LG in the future. Anyone in the market for high capacity washer should get this LG machine. I've yet to find any drawbacks to this machine and my wife who does most of the laundry, found it much easier to use this machine than the Samsung we had before it.

After having mold issues in a well reviewed front load washer we opted for this one. Great choice, washes well and handles large loads.

Looked at all the reviews and decided to make the purchase. Just moved in to new house and worried about noise and vibration being on the 2nd floor. No issues at all. Three weeks in and love the washer. No vibration or noise issues. Most of the negative reviews are due to overloading. First LG product I ever bought. Very happy with the purchase. Really cool how the washer sense the load volume and puts the water level to the right depth.

I can not believe how effective this machine is and how it sets itself for loads weights amounts etc.and the size loads it can do will blow you away.

It looks beautiful and very space-age. It also looks like you would need a Masters Degree to operate it, but this machine is amazingly simple to use! Just drop in the clothes, add detergent and softener, push a button, turn a dial and push another button. It senses how much water it needs and knows the temperature and length of time needed based on the type of laundry selected on the dial. You can override a couple of settings, like water temp, but the machine really does a great job when left to decide on its own. Well worth the price!

This unit is a big advance over our old unit. It is easy to load and unload and also looks very nice. Relatively quiet and easy to operate

This washing machine does it all! 14 washing cycles to choose from including large bulky items, like bed comforters and sleeping bags and steam capability to get out the toughest stains. The nice things about this machine is that it is super quiet and saves water and energy due to its smart sensing technology. I was lucky, right time, right place and picked this machine up for $585 as an open box/returned item. I was told it had a leak from the steam vent, but it was sent back and repaired. I have not had a problem with it so far.

Nice quiet model and washes the close really well. I'm glad I bought this model. Its easy to use and can wash a large amount of clothes.

I haven't bought a washer in almost 10 years and had a Whirlpool basic top loading mid-range washer. The only thing that broke was the lid sensor (x2) and then finally the clutch/motor just burned out, we do A LOT of laundry. In searching for a new one, I needed LARGE capacity, and the ability to get the boy stink out of my towels and his workout clothes along with 2 yr old toddler messes...ick! I compared this to the Samsung Cabrio and the "wash tub" attached to the inside of the lid immediately knocked it out of the running. You cannot detach it and when you bend in to get the clothes in the tub you hit your head on this basket. The LG is perfect and the price is unbeatable for the functions/quiet technology. Steam and HE really are some of the functions I wanted but thought were out of my price range. This washer made them a viable option and I'm SO GLAD I did my research and took the time to shop.

So far the washer works very well. You have to follow the directions on loading it( put heavy clothes on bottom first) and I always use the extra water and extra rinse cycles. Our clothes come out clean. It's large it does 2 loads compared to my 19yr old Maytag (I loved my old washer but it died) The wash time is longer but it washes twice as much so it really does not take any longer than before. I am very happy!

We where replacing a washing machine that was suppose to be the "Cadillac" when we got it. This machine is much quieter and efficient.

This machine is great for large families. It has a very large capacity, and the centrifugal spin is so strong that the clothes come out of each cycle nearly dry. You can easily clean bedding and comforters, and the sanitary cycle is also great for disinfecting floor mats, pillows, or other items.

I had a front loader before I bought this one, and had nothing but problems with losing socks and suck to the machine monster. This machine has many varied wash cycle option and each is customizable. Get everything clean the first time. My husband works in an area that makes his clothes hard to get the smell out. I used the steam cycle on them once and have only needed regular cycles since. I love this washer.

This washer has so much capacity it is ridiculous! In a good way. What used to take 3 loads is easily done in one and the clothes are super clean and not tangled up. No concerns with smell as I've heard with the front loaders either. So pleased with this purchase.

We've had it about a month and we're still learning how to use it. The soak feature barely gets the clothes wet so we're evaluating that. We use less detergent per load and the machine is a LOT bigger than out old one so we do fewer loads. It's too early to tell about durability, which is our biggest concern. So far the clothes come out clean and dryer than with our old machine. This shortens the drying time.

I can wash all my towels, sheets and a couple blankets ALL at the same time and it gets them all fresh and clean...it is also very quick. Just LOVE IT!

This machine is an excellent choice for growing families with lots of laundry. The large capacity capabilities make for a faster laundry experience. It is also a great choice for smaller families who have various types of loads. Our king size bedding and loads of beach towels from our pool guests fit easily in this washer. I love this machine...just wish I would have had it when my kids were growing up!!!
