We used it for 1 day and it hasn’t worked since. Now we are waiting 3 weeks for a Best Buy service call with no way to wash our cloths

Best Ventless Washer/Dryer Unit We’ve Ever Owned

The LG Washtower is outstanding. Our clothes have never been washed better or dried faster than with this unit. The dryer is especially exceptional given its a ventless unit. This is the first ventless dryer that has worked flawlessly that we have had. We've only had the washtower a few months but it has lived up to our expectations so far.

Still getting to know this unit. Washing machine works great. Cautiously using the dryer to get to know the temperature settings. Seems to take longer than my old Kenmore dryer.

Worked very well for 2 years then started powering off on its own mid cycle. Repair quotes were over cost new washer dryer. Electrician verified that machine was cause of problem.
