We have had our new washer for over a month now. It is louder than I expected, but we close the door to the laundry room. It is muffled more than sufficiently. The tub is large enough for a full size comforter from my kid’s bed. (It does all size loads though.) The clothes are washed well. Other reviews have mentioned the tub is deep, and they are right. With a large family, we need a machine that holds large loads. I have run the delicate cycle only once. The machine did a nice job with my shirts. They were clean and not torn up. I like this machine much better than my old front loader.

I am very happy with my new LG washer. It has a large load capacity and does an amazing job of getting clothes clean and not too wrinkled. It is also very quiet.

Washer can take large loads, quiet and better than front loaders. Pair it with the dryer and it's easy to move laundry from washer to dryer. Has an option to add your own unique cycle

I love this washer. So big, no agitator, I was able to wash my king size bedspread! Did great! When I take clothes out they are halfway dry. Spins so much water out.

Installed on 6/10/2019. Have really enjoyed doing the laundry over the three weeks we have had it. Musical tones instead of beeps are a joy. Using the push buttons is a joy. No more agitator to get in the way. Rotating the tub by hand makes it easier to remove the clothes that are out of reach, when your short. This washer is so quiet, I do not know it is on. Such a pleasure, over my last washer.

LG has a winner with this washing machine. It runs quietly. It notifies us when a load is done. I can start it remotely (great for when someone is in the shower). And it has easy loading dispensers. Cycle time is relatively short for an average load and it really gets the clothes clean without that ‘musty’ smell that HE washers tend to get. Great job LG. Also - the washer was in stock at the local warehouse. Some other big box home retailers said it would be anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks for delivery. Delivery crew was great. Brought the old washer in and took away the old one. Very pleased with this purchase.

I love my washing machine. It does an excellent job of cleaning my clothes. And I like that it doesn't have an agitator & I can fit king size comforter with no problem.

This is my first time owning a "smart washer." My daughter had to show me how to use it (who needs manuals!) but I think I'm getting the hang of it. I love that it is quiet and makes cute little noises when it's cycle is complete. And no nasty agitator to tear up my clothes! The clothes seem to come out clean, so it works well! I haven't found any negatives about it yet. If I wash large items (ie..bedding) I will open the washer to see a big item spread out over all the smaller items. Kind of like a mushroom. So far, I love it!

After our washer and dryer died, and we were happy they did (had always hated both of them) we bought the LG washer and dryer. We did a ton of research online and the LGs got really high ratings and the price was not too high compared to others. So far we are super happy with the washer. I love that when it is done washing the clothes are not wet... our old washer did not spin the clothes enough and they were always wet when going into the dryer.

I would give this washer a 4.5 star review but the system won't let me. Washer does good job, is fairly quiet and quick. I'm still learning the ins and outs of the settings. Things to note: I'm 5'5" and have to stand on tiptoe to reach items at the bottom - the drum is that large - great for big loads. I had an "old school" washer with an agitator. What I didn't realize is it's recommended to leave lid open so all water can evaporate after cycle. Sometimes I still find water in the detergent tray after the cycle as well. Also, washer depth is greater than my former one so keep that in mind if you have tight laundry room.

The barrel of washer is and can handle large loads. Easy to operate. I rated it 4 stars because it is a bit noisier then our old model. Takes less room than the front loader. Overall, a good product.

I was in dire need for a washer as my old one decided to quit. The original one (7800) we ordered was not available so we ordered the 7300. So far the washer is doing a great job and is easy to use. There is a learning curve after only having agitator washers in the past which use a lot of water. It's mesmerizing watching the action through the clear top. The washer is pretty quiet and I like the chimes at the end of the cycle.

It is reasonably quiet and seems to be efficient, so far. The tub is huge and gentle on clothes (no agitator). The color is great and it is fingerprint proof. However, it does seem to scratch easily.

We were specifically looking for a modern machine with a good range of options, including hot water and self-cleaning. LG is consistently rated high by the Consumer Reports, occupying most of the top 10 spots, and this particular model was right in the mid-range of that. It's very user-friendly, quiet, uses less water than our previous one (that one got moldy). It is wifi-enabled, but I'm yet to encounter a real life use case when that would be needed. We've done our homework, specing out the offering at Home Depot, Lowe's, etc., and Best Buy edged them out, just barely, on price (we did get the extended warranty, which is cheaper at BB). The rep that assisted us was very knowledgeable and friendly, the transaction was fast. Overall, a great experience and a great purchase.

super quiet, super clean, and a better clean than our previous front loader. Only negative is reaching the bottom of the tub can be a challenge for vertically challenged individuals or folks with shorter arms. The smart app lets you do delay washes, and notifies you when a wash is complete. This is almost a necessity because this unit is so much quieter than our previous washer. I much perfer having controls on the top at the back, and the clear lid is kind of cool. Covid entertainment.

I have had this washer for a couple of weeks and I love it. It will hold large loads and everything comes out clean. For the first time, I have put shirts in, that I usually sent to the cleaners, and had no problem. My old washer would tie everything in knots so I had to be careful fo what I washed. I wish that the washer had a dispenser for OxiClean, I have seen them in other brands-but you can't have everything.

This LG washing machine is extremely quiet. The spin cycle is great because the machine does not get out of balance. I like the bedding cycle for bulky items and the cycle for waterproof items. I washed my comforter encasement with the waterproof cycle and it did not billow up and float to the top like it did in my previous washer. I highly recommend the Geek Squad service plan. When they could not get the parts for my previous washing machine, I was able to put the purchase price towards my new washer.

i havent used all the features, just the normal and pre-wash cycles. it has been great so far. quite and the use of just enough water makes me feel like all washers should be this way. im used to the old washers where this is a spinning agitator in the middle, and with out that my clothes are less tangled, and feel so much roomier in there. just great so far
