It has enough features but not more than it needs. It is quieter, washes better and uses less detergent. Would recommend.

Never had complain from the grandmas or from my mother in law. Very easy to learn and it has great sensor to know how much water to use to watch your clothes.

We had a samsung washer that worked great but unfortunately after only 5 years broke down so we had to replace it. After reading so much about it being a much better washer brand we got this one and theres a huge difference (not good). Even when I take my clothes out immediately after the cycle stops my clothes have wrinkles. And when we wash our dogs items, it doesnt matter if its a small,medium, or large load it gets stuck on the spin cycle for HOURS!! to the point where we take it out damp and dry it that way otherwise it will never end!! Terrible washer so far!! Im only giving 2 stars because it does wash our regular clothes.

For the wrinkling issue, try adjusting the spin speed and ensuring that the washer isn't overloaded, as this can sometimes cause excess wrinkling. Regarding the spin cycle issue with your dog's items, make sure the load is balanced and try running a smaller load if the problem persists.

The only thing I would have done different would to purchase the base and bending over to remove items is a little difficult. I would recommend this product to all my family and friends
