    I wish I had never bought this washer. It has a smell that will not go away. I checked with Best Buy, but my 60 days had expired. I contacted the manufacturer, LG. They told me I needed to clean the tub, door gasket, and soap dispenser after each cycle. It is crazy unbelievable to think the washer needs that much work to use daily. They made it seem like I needed to do more to try and remove the smell. They tried to blame our house's old plumbing. The house is under five years old, and I have been a plumber for over nine years. I would not buy an LG product. The customer support from LG was terrible, and once the service rep disconnected rather than continue with me. I reconnected with a different rep, and they were equally bad.

    I love this washer. I should of br I brought a front loader earlier. I don't have to open my cabinet to keep the lid open. It also washes much faster them my old one. But i still getting use to it.

    We have loved this washer. The load cycles can be kind of long, but we are okay with that because our clothes are clean. The different settings are super helpful.
