We've been running this washer nearly continuously since we got it to get caught up on laundry. Works great with outstanding features. Nice clean digital controls, and lots of additional functions through the app, including the ability to add additional custom cycles or remove cycles from the front panel control knob. The bulk detergent took a short time to get used to, but working great! I like that you don't have to add detergent for each individual load. The app allows you to customize the amount used, and it automatically adjusts for larger / smaller loads or heavier cleaning cycles. A great washer!

You fill the soap and softener ahead of time and it tells you when it is low and to add more. Fill the washer and make a selection based on what you are washing. It does everything else for you.

As with all things it could be better in a few ways, mostly the space it takes up. I was surprised the connection configuration added space needs for the washer so it sticks out a bit more than anticipated.

Cool that you can just fill the detergent tray every so often and it auto dispenses the right amount. The reason I am giving them only 3 stars is because they are extremely fragile. I had to have 3 different dryers delivered over the span of 3 months because they kept showing up damaged. Then after finally getting them into place and installed, I noticed a bunch of tiny dents all over them. If you're the kid of person that wants perfection, don't get these. Any little thing hitting them will dent them.
