She does all the hard work and leaves my clothing and other laundry in perfect, clean condition. I love all the cycle and adhoc options, especially the 15-min Quick Wash. The only thing I haven’t figured out is how to only spin.

Also love the features of the light and the Fresh Care option. I’m still learning all the features of the washer but it would have been convenient to have ALL the operation instructions printed in the manual as the dryer manual did. The con for this model was the pedestal drawer needed to be a little higher to fit the regular size liquid detergent which my older model fit them well.

We are happy with the washer. It is quite and stand still, not moving anywhere during drying. All home appliances are LG in the house and very happy with the brand.

I had to make sure everything was good after they left. It had a big dent in the back and almost every load is showing it needs to be rebalanced which concerns me.
