The sleek looks caught my eye, but the quiet operation, the amount of water that is removed at end of wash cycle and how clean the clothes are, are what matters the most. The dryer cycles help get the clothes dry without over heating them and wasting electricity. The delivery guys did an amazing job setting up the washer, dryer and the two stands that we purchased with the units from Best Buy in Ontario, Ohio. They even gave me some helpful tips to help the units last longer and keep them clean. We had to purchase this LG pair after several repairs on a kenmore set and several hundred dollars , and much research of other brands. It wasn't want we expected to do on our honeymoon but we decided to forego a trip to purchase them. Thank you LG and BEST BUY for your help.

Quiet and efficient. Has many different choices for load size, fabrics and weight. Perfect choice for our needs.

Beautiful design and easy to use. Excellent capacity and wide-variety of settings. Most importantly, it cleans everything very well. Wish it had an option for opening from left or right.

Wanted a washer and matching dryer that were large capacity, quiet, easy to use and easy on clothes. Does all of that well

So far so good. It’s way quieter than my previous washer (Samsung). I love the features on it like the AI and the app. Sometimes I’m so busy I forget I have clothes in the washer and my phone notifies me when my load is done. I am able to put a full set of king size sheets and a thin comforter inside with no issues. (I haven’t tried my thick “winter” comforter yet.)

I can fit bulky loads in one go, which used to take two or three loads before. This is a major time-saver. It is so quiet

The only thing I would like on this washer is the ability to switch the door opening for ease of transfer to the dryer. Other than that, I love this washer for ease of use and the variety of cycle modes. The ability to clean the machine is something new that will be very useful. The look of the set with the matching dryer is clean and elegant. The laundry seems to come out cleaner than with the 30 year old top loader it replaced. The ThinQ app is a bonus as well.

The machine are very quiet and efficient. Easy to use and l like to use the app from the phone.

Had a previous model from 8 years ago in my previous house. Haven't been able to use a ton yet because this went into new property. Machine runs quiet. The touch screens are a great upgrade to keep the machine looking sleek. Will be interested to test its capacity on queen size items, but all signs point to it being effective.

We have been so very pleased with the quality, design and quiet opperation of our new washer. We love how clean our laundry is after all cycles! The options are wonderful as well! Love it!

So happy with our new LG front load washer. Great capacity for a king sized blanket, bedspread or duvet. What I like most is the “AI sensing” cycle for most loads as it senses load size, bulkiness, etc., for cycles. Wash time is way less than with my older washer. One word of caution…wipe excess water drops off the rim, inside the rubber casing and insider of door. Also keep front door ajar to dry out. All of these steps will prevent mold. And - be sure to clean the filter at the bottom left of the machine every 2-3 months so it doesn’t clog.

Overall, the washer has a sleek and simple design. The washer is relatively quiet when running. The biggest benefit to this washer is its ability to send notifications to your mobile device and google home devices when washer has finished its load.
