I haven't had this machine for too long, but so far I really do love it. I had to replace my three year old Samsung because it couldn't be repaired, so I did my research and settled on this lg. It is quieter than my old Samsung and small loads are done quickly. Clothes come out clean. I have absolutely no complaints. I would definitely recommend this product.

This is a quiet washer and easy to use and does a great job.

I went from a front load washer to the top load LG and it has been the best purchase I have made. It's large load capacity is amazing and is very quiet. You can have small or large loads and the washer will gauge the amount of clothes that are in the cycle before staring. This helps save on energy and water.

I love this washing machine . We had a front loading washing machine the seal would leak and smell the problem is eliminated with the top loading LG 5.2. I really like the future that weighs the clothes and determines the amount of water needed this saves water and time. I would highly recommend the LG for the ease of operation as well

I love this washer. I upgraded from a washer with an agitator. I love that this washer doesn't have one and has a much larger capacity. It allows me to wash my larger comforters. The wide variety of settings is a great feature as well. I hope to get the matching LG dryer sometime soon.

This washer is easy to use. It has lots of cycle options for different types of wash loads. The wash options are easy to modify to meet specific washing preferences. The washer is much quieter than the one I had before. Wash cycles are a bit longer, but the results are worth the extra time.

The washer is very quiet, had to look and see if it was working at first. Our old Whirlpool Cabrio was unbelievable.... very loud even when filling the tub with water. This is right next to our family room so quiet is important. Keeps balance well on spin cycle and has allot of features. Hopefully it lasts along time!

Huge capacity allows us to do a lot of laundry at once. It's quiet and has some pretty cool things for a washer. Only downside is I thought it would have features for an app that I could check the status of the cycle. There's an app but it's just for diagnosing issues. Pretty useless.

This washer is excellent. It easily handles large loads with no problems, my clothes are very clean, fresh, and smell great. The top load is also much better to leave the door open to keep the maxhine smelling fresh.

I went from a front loading to this top loader. It will wash a little or a lot and adjust the water usage accordingly. I wanted capacity, ease of use and as little maintain as possible with good cleaning ability. Now if I don't have a lot of repairs during the life of the machine, it will be almost perfect.

I bought this LG washer to replace an old front loading machine that I never liked. I was happy to see that this was a water saving top loading washer. This model is quiet, has a lot of cycles, and is easy to operate. I especially liked that this model was certified to eliminate allergens

I have been on the look out for a new machine for a while. My original Maytag lasted 20 years and I new it didn't have much time left. I had not heard anything good about the performance of the new super efficient machines and was a bit nervous. Top loader vs front loader and all these new options. I went for a top loader as it fit best in my location and I wouldn't have to prop the door open to keep the smell out. Clothes came out beautiful. I love the soak and extra water options for very dirty clothes and I can add clothes which is difficult on a front loader. Very happy with the performance. Washes heavy hockey gear and gets the stink out!

Many settings-easy to use-quiet-efficient-Larry tub that holds lots of clothes

Pros - This is a well built and thought out product. I see metal parts where other brands use plastic. There are steam wash cycles, and most importantly an onboard heater. Other brands I have used relied on the house water heater which had to clear the line of cold water before the heated water was available. The result is warm water in the tub at best. So hot, and very hot water is actually hot with this model. This helps with stain removal. Cons - The unit is audible during spin cycles. The balance during the spin cycle is not a good as I have experienced with other brands. Overall - It's is a very good washer and a good value when on sale.

We replaced an LG that we liked because we were remodeling. I thought the previous LG was nice so we went with another LG. This one is amazing!!! It’s cavernous and does a great job. Love it!!

Quiet! Works great! Love the look of the front loaders, but our last one always had a moldy smell! We left the door open and cleaned it regularly! This new top load is fantastic so far! Had it about a month or so.

Replacing my front load washer, tough decision to make with many reviews stating front load washer is better than top. Love my new top load washer, so much easier to reach into and no worries about mildew and mildew spots on my clothes.

Great capacity and performs very well. Definitely one of the best top-loading washers available. It is better for price performance than the more expensive washers. It also fits in smaller areas better than some of the other brands and front loading washers.

I previously had a front loading LG that I was quite happy with, but it stayed with my old home and our new home had an ancient clothes washer that soon died. I would have preferred a front loader because clothes are agitated more readily with that style, but I did not have the depth of space to accomodate the washer. This unit is relatively space efficient, yet has ginormous capacity. Our 2 person family has yet to fill it, but it is so efficient that I don't think small loads are wasteful or less clean. Just use HE detergent and put no more (or even a bit less) than the recommended amount. Our clothes come out quite clean.

We bought this washer to reduce the amount of loads and water being used to do laundry. We love how it candle handle a full hamper of the kids clothes, where previously it would take 3 loads in our old washer. It takes some time figuring out the functions and controls, but we are happy with our purchase so far.
