We are very happy with this washer. The large capacity it great, although it does well with small loads too. The first washer was leaking from the bottom immediately. Our Best Buy store provided excellent service and replaced it promptly. The replacement has been working wonderfully without any issues. The men who delivered and installed the washer from Best Buy were great. Overall, we are very happy with this washer and different settings.

I had the side loader of this exact same model, and my clothes never felt as clean. After year I replaced it with this Toploader, and just like that, no issues. I will also note one downfall of the side loader is if you use detergent pods, the pods will occasionally get stuck around the rubber area where the door closes onto. With no agitator my clothes never get damaged or riped either. I Love this washer!

I had checked all the online reviews before purchasing this model and they were all true, it's great. Purchasing and installing were professional and easy. We have had this product for about a month so far and it does an incredible job cleaning clothes. The steam cycle is a big plus and for a washing machine it is very quiet. I really wish apples NFC abilities worked with this machine so we could take advantage of downloadable cycles but even without that option it's a great product.

Quality, performs as advertised. Exceptionally quiet. Cleans great and easy on the clothes. Distinct cycles for all wash types we need. Matching dryer, reviewed separately, also performs great, however, there is an extremely loud noise as motor vibrates against its frame mounting somehow. LG repair replaced motor, blower, and rollers to identify noise. After fixing vibration, it started up again 3 loads later. Not so pleased with the dryer, but it performs well.

We have been very happy with our washer! It cleans much better than our old washer and is much quieter.

With a large family this washer handles it like a pro! I love the look, all the settings and how quiet it is.

This washing machine is quiet and cleans clothes well. The sani cycle does a good job on messy dog bedding.

This top loader LG washing machine does as good a job cleaning our clothes as the LG front loader we replaced. It does take a little longer to wash a load of clothes, but you don't have to bend over and constantly clean a filter or a moldy rubber door seal, like we did for the front loader. We would recommend this washer top anyone.

The drum size is hugh. I've noticed far less lint in the dryer. Probably because of not having an agitator anymore.Do miss not having an agitator when washing pillows but have to squeeze out the air to get them to wash right anyway. Happy so far.I like the dark stainless. Probly didn't need all the Bells and whistles but as it turned out I got a better deal on the upper model and I liked the sanitation feature.
