Very nice set very happy. Couldn't ask for a better set.

I have a problem with it after one month, all my clothes with marks, don’t know where is come from, did a lot of damages in my clothes

We purchased this LG set 3 weeks ago and the washer is holding water in the soap/softener dispenser. Now mold is growing in it. I can't return it to the store because it's been more than 2 weeks. Customer service just recommended to do a tub clean cycle with oxy clean. I wish someone had posted pictures about this issue before we purchased this set. DON'T BUY IT!!!!!

Have only had this for a month, but it is such an upgrade from our old Whirlpool Duet that I was constantly repairing. This LG handles big loads without complant, runs quiet and looks good. I had to do the install because my dryer needed a sidevent kit and BestBuy will install, but won't make changes like installing new vent kit. They were upfront about it, so no knock on them. That said, get install if you can. This thing is a beast! It is heavy enough that you can miss a foot being a half inch off the ground because it feels solid with only 3 feet in contact with floor. Luckly the wife caught it before we finished. Once leveled, this runs quiet and spins without much vibration. Old one use to shake the house, triggering earthquake warnings up to 3 miles away. This one you may not know a load is running until you walk into the laundry. The interior light is also a nice feature. I purchased this with the matching 9cf gas dryer. They look great and we are cranking out some serious laundry...

Only complaint is the control panel is vary poorly illuminated night time use is difficult especially because the panel is tinted decor decorative appearance. Also unlike it professor this model can not be paused mid cycle and time delayed for automatically restarting. Older models had better programming options. + Best thing is it easily handles huge loads. - The door is flimsy but seals well for now.

This is a large capacity washer that I purchased November 2019. Capacity, quality, time, and efficiency are the main reasons I purchased this dryer. Capacity: I like that I can wash larger loads to reduce laundry time. Quality: Clothes come out nice and clean. Time: I can wash 4 loads within 3 hours which is great. Efficiency: it uses just enough water for each load - not too little but not too much. I wash at least 3-4 loads a week. As with any front-loading washer, I wipe any moisture and water out of it with a towel and keep the door open after I finish laundry to prevent standing water smell and mildew. It's worth the trouble.

This washer had been spectacular. I spent a ton of time looking at reviews (Lowe's, Best Buy, Consumer Reports,etc.) and determined that this washer was the best size & had the best longevity of any washer I could find. It has been very efficient, quiet, and quick. We would spend a full (or more!) day doing laundry with all of our kids, in-laws, their clothes, sheets & blankets. Or laundry always seemed full. This thing holds so much or laundry room is always empty now. It's great. I highly recommend this thing to anyone needing to wash a ton quickly!

I could NOT be happier with this washer! my ONLY wish is that this had a load & forget it dispenser for detergent. My clothes are cleaner than ever (my old washer was awful and needed a double rinse on everything) and it washes so FAST, I’m astounded a medium to large load, regular wash on cold only took about 25 minutes. My overstuffed, oversized king sized comforter fit with no problem, and came out nicely cleaned. I’ve spent years taking that comforter to a commercial laundry service. It’s shockingly quiet, even with heavy loads.

After doing my research, I zeroed in on this washing machine as the top of the line. Also the top of the price range. Sadness. Enter Best Buy. My luck peaked, finding this beauty with a few scratches on her, probably from a moving accident would be my guess, an open box floor special. I got my dream machine for low-end pricing. Got it delivered painlessly, set it up, and my wash has never been so clean! It's quiet, versatile (every setting known to humankind), so easy to use. Turn it on and it lights up like a tasteful Vegas strip. Just give the dial a spin to the desired setting and press go! Some of the wash cycles are really long. I had no idea washing machines could have hour and a half long cycles! My favorite part, though, is the end of the cycle. The machine plays the cutest little melody to let me know it's finished! No annoying beeeeeeeeeeeep. I couldn't be happier. Now if I could just find the matching dryer at such a great price....

Really enjoying my new LG machine. Does everything as advertised, is quiet, efficient, and handles the big loads. I've had it for a month and a half and am thankful that it is meeting our needs. I expect it to keep doing the same for years to follow.

Best washer ever. Many settings, clothes come out smelling fresh! We have well water and have always had issues with water remaining in the tub and smell. This washer doesn’t have any smell. It is relatively quiet, except for on high spin. It does rattle on high. Handles all of our wash in 1 or 2 loads. It use to take 4 or 5.

We really love this washing machine. It is quite, very efficient and fun to use with many programs and specials. Cleans very well and looks also nice in our laundry room. Very powerful and great for big families, or big enough I f you want to wash big duvets.

This is by far the best washing machine I have ever had. After several months of ownership I still love everything about this machine. It can hold an enormous amount of clothing, sheets and comforter, or multiple throw blankets with ease. I have a family of 5 plus one on the way and I regularly do very large loads of jeans, towels, and sheets. The machine is excellent at detecting if it is slightly off balance and remedies the problem quickly. I love the sanitary feature and use it quite often. The only feature I miss from my old machine is the soak function. I wish this machine had it for the extra tough stains but thankfully I haven't missed it too much since it does such a great job of stain removal the first time.

Best washing machine I have ever used! First off this washer is HUGE. They told me I could fit my king size comforter in no problem! So that was the first thing I tried. No problem. Plenty of functions for delicates, big loads, normal loads, whites, etc. I have nothing bad to say about this product. I am very happy with the choice. Definitely recommend this washer to everyone, as long as you have the space for this massive thing. Only down side to this washer is if you're putting it inside a washer pan you need to make sure you have a big enough pan.

We bought an LG washing machine as a replacement for an older washing machine. It’s a very good unit in every way. The only problem so far is that the control panel is not backlit. We called LG to see if we can turn a light on the control panel, and the tech said it depends on the model. He does not know which model comes with a backlit control panel. I don’t know why LG did not think about the back light or at least make the panel a lighter color -- or provide us with a flashlight. Other than that we are assuming this machine it will last us a long time. After 2 weeks of using the new LG we don’t have any complaints. It’s very quiet and very stable. We recommend this unit -- but with a flash light, of course.

It is huge. King size comforter fits in it no problem & has room to spare. Best yet it comes out clean. Love all of the different settings. Nice & quiet. Love the grey color.

We got a 5.2 cu ft tub this time and it works great. Its quiet and washes fast to perfection and it has a sensor inside that we are so glad we bought in this model. You can't go wrong with this machine.

LG - 5.2 Cu. Ft. 14-Cycle Front-Loading Washer with Steam - Graphite Steel is a good buy. Great performance, no noice, and large compartment.

We really like the large capacity and quietness of this machine. It does a great job cleaning the items put in.
