    Well, I love the machine. Its cycles are perfect for the different types of clothes you need to wash. It is easy to use and the best thing is that it does not damage your clothes. Only when Best Buy installed the first washing machine it was damaged. I had barely been in my new house that had just been built for a day and the washing machine caused damage to part of the ceiling since it was located on the second floor and more than 4 weeks have passed and they have not even responded to me for these damages. So it is not a bad review for the device but for the store due to lack of attention to the problems caused by them. So if you are going to buy something from Best Buy, have them test the machine right after they install it.

    We returned it. The buttons in the front are sensitive and were accidentally pressed/activated numerous times. It washed fine. Another thing we didn’t like is the door only opens from right to left.

    Flimsy construction makes me very concerned about longevity. I need to thoroughly dry the interior after each use as a pain in the…. The computerized operation with the touchpad that is Very concerning. My 40-year-old Maytag controls never failed. They were mechanical. On a positive note, it is certainly much more gentle on the clothes than the old Maytag agitator, and they do come out nice and clean, but it is very slow to accomplish this taking nearly 3 times as long as the old machine. It does use much less water, which is a big plus. it is also nearly silent ideal for my plans to move it to the bedroom.
