Switched from Samaung to LG. Decided on center agitator and deep fill option after not having those for 10 years. Clothes get so much cleaner with no lost space since machine is bigger to accommodate agitator. Shorter person may need step stool to reach bottom of tub. Can still fit king size blankets and bedding in one my wash. App function take a minute to figure out but are convenient, especially the reminders and the ability to start wash when away so it’s ready when you get home. Very happy with this purchase!

My LG top load without an agitator broke after 10 years. I love that a this has an agitator. It takes a large load and doesn't use a lot of water. It might use too little water for me but I haven't tried the deep fill function yet.

We bought this as an upgrade to an old Kenmore. This is such an upgrade, there is no comparing the two. We are extremely pleased with this washer. Very quiet, cycles are fast, and clothes get very clean / spun out.

I really like how user friendly it is. It is also quiet and efficient. I appreciated the customer service at Best Buy with the option to schedule an appointment in my home for measuring the space at no charge.

Family with lots of large heavy work clothing to wash & this machine does a great job. It replaced a 30+ year old Maytag. Online reviews recommend LG machines as top rated and so far I have not been disappointed.

This washer would have gotten 5 stars, except for the fact that the first washer delivered to me had a cracked drum and leaked water all over the floor. Best Buy promptly replaced it with a new one and this one is working amazing great so far.

Three months and it’s better than expected clean the clothes really really well it does not shake unless you have a load that is completely out of balance like a king comforter like some people have said it’s quick it’s fairly quiet I’m very happy

Easy to use ,detergent and fabric softner dispenser, holds good amount of clothes, wash cycle is quicker then previous washers I've owned .the load sensor is very good at detecting load size.

The washer is large and washes the clothes well. Only problem I have encountered is that the soap dispenser isn’t easy to remove and water seems to stay in the dispenser after the load is finished washing.

First, I want to say that BestBuy really adhered to their policy about being pleased with your appliance or return it. This is my third washer. The first one that I bought was the Samsung 4.5 ft.³. There was something wrong with it (it was incredibly noisy, like parts were rubbing against each other with every turn of the drum.) I then bought the LG from a recommendation of someone in the store and that one did a horrible job. I called them immediately to return the LG and purchase this Samsung. There was something wrong with the computer and the clothes didn’t get cleaned nor even all the way wet. , At least my clothes came out clean with the first Samsung. I wound up with this one (5.3 cubic feet) and I am so glad. It is doing a great job getting my clothes clean and the spin is really good because my clothes are spending a lot less time in the dryer. Also, living in Florida because this washer is energy rated. I did not have to pay tax. That meant that I got a bigger washer with more features for just a little more money.

Great washer that holds a large load and washes it very well. Doesn't get stuck like other washers. Balances load well and can wash anything from pillows to comforters without a problem.

This replaced a impeller LG that was 9 years old. This agitator drive washer cleans so much better than we even expected. It is quiet, fast and the extra capacity over our old 4.7 cu ft is an added bonus. Highly recommend!

This washer works perfect. Very quiet. Works very efficient and works great with large items. I like how it notifies me on my phone when its done and when i have to clean the tub.

Initially my beautiful girlfriend wasn't that excited about me getting a new washer and dryer, but now that she has used it for a couple weeks she really appreciates how large they are and how luxurious they are. Now she is able to wash all of her SUPER-SIZE panties in one load!

I had a LG washer for 12+ years. Last month it started to self distruct. I needed a quick replacement as we were leaving on a short trip. This time the washer has an agitator. It is better than ever. I love this thing. My wash looks better than ever.

Got this washer as open box(floor model). It washes great so far. WAY better than my Maytag Bravos. I much rather have the tall agitator. Hopefully it last a long time.

Our LG 5.3 cu ft washer has met all of our expectations. It replaced an Older LG front loader that finally died from a control board problem. This washer is very easy to operate, much quieter during the spin cycle, and gets our clothes much cleaner. Would recommend this model to anyone.
