This things is huge inside and from what I am told the top loaders will last much longer. I hope so. I has been great for the 3 moths that I have it.

The rinse cycle doesn't cover the clothes so I don't see how the soap is all rinsed out. I know most new machines are like this but not sure if I am sold on it.

I don't see how it gets all the soap out of the clothes since it barley covers them with water. Also, when washing the water barely covers the clothes and if an item of clothing bubbles up how does it get clean. This happens often.

Ginormous capacity

Ironically, my wife (who is 5'1") has difficulty reaching the bottom of the machine to get out clothes because of this. The array of washing cycle options is great. The song signaing the end of the wash cycle is very pleasant and even better than the dryer's song! This washer and accompanying dryer is a no-brainer for a large family or a person who has limited time to do the laundry as its capacity and cycle options significantly lessen the amount of time needed to do the laundry.
