My fix to this is to add 2 buckets of water to every load and trick the washer into thinking it is a big load. This is time consuming but works. The major issue with this machine is after almost 2 years under the lid is all RUSTED. It has destroyed so many clothes. I fought with repair service and got top replaced under extended warranty. I now see lawsuits because LG refuses to address the problem. I am very disappointed after spending almost $1400.

I gave it one star because I loved the washer. It needs a new circut board that runs 470.00 plus labor. Never again LG. It is only 5 years old.

He was very professional. When I told him my washer was delivered a day earlier I let him know and he graciously moved up the appointment. They did a good job.

As I watch this thing wash, it just swishes the clothes back and forth. Does not spin as fast as the front load so you spend more time drying and hoping that the closes that got swished around are clean...

Huge washer with "loads" of convenient options. Quiet, fast... love knowing when the load will be done. Highly recommend LG!
