Easy to understand all of the cycles on this unit. I love that it really spins the clothes to mostly dry before they go to the dryer.

I should of trusted my gut when I read the reviews on this machine. IT DOES NOT WASH CLOTHES PROPERLY! We called LG and had them come out and check it out. Nothing wrong they said. Bought a geek squad warranty, called them and they said they can't help because they don't have a technician available. Back to square one! DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE if want to have your clothes come out clean!!!

This fridge was a perfect fit!! Has the right amount of space.

My wife ruined a few very expensive tops because of the faulty hook up. I found this out a few days after installation and made the proper hookup.

We just got it 2 days ago. We have used it 3 times and works ok so far. Will keep you posted. When we use hot water and lid stems up.

Everything that comes out of this is full of wrinkles. I have tried all settings with no luck.

So far so good. I purchased the washer/dryer matching set a few days ago. We've done multiple loads already and these are really nice machines. The steam feature on the dryer is just great for quick wrinkle removal. The washer capacity is amazing yet it works great with small loads too. All the auto-load sense stuff seems to work perfectly. I was concerned about the agitator-less system but no problem so far. I'd also read reviews of these HE machines not using enough water but I don't feel it's an issue with the 7700 series. The loads balance well for the spin cycle. Somehow it ramps up the spin speed without ever having the drum bang. The cloths appear well cleaned. I'll leave some room here for further review as I haven't done a big batch of whites with socks and tshirts yet. Plenty of cycles to choose from and the steam options for sanitizing and bedding (and others) is a really great add on for modern washing machines. So far super happy.

does the job well. not sure how else i can review this to be honest. has a lot of functions that we dont use. if you need a washer that just needs to do the job, then dont go after all the bells and whistles.

I was debating between this model and the one just below it .... Glad I picked this model :)) It saves me so much time ( I'm always pressed on time) doing laundry because of the humongous capacity. I can throw all my blankets and other stuff all at once !!! Love it!!! Even though it's huge - you will not waste water because this smart machine weights your clothes. I save money on my water, detergent, fabric softener :)) The clothes come out clean and smelling great !! Thank u LG

This washer works great, and it has made washing somewhat fun. It is easy to use and set up. I can access it from my phone as well.

Worst purchase ever! I purchased this product at the end of June and it died October 20th. We got a whopping four months.....just 16 weeks of use out of the washer before it died. LG gave us the number of ProTecRepair as the authorized company to come out to do the repair. Problem.....computer display board needs to be replaced. First visit.....they brought the wrong part. We then had to wait for a new board to be shipped. Second visit.....they again brought the wrong part. Today is now the day before Thanksgiving (November 21st) and we still do not have a working washing machine. There is a $1,200 paperweight sitting in our laundry room. It will be yet another week before our third service visit. (since ProTecRepair received the new part but refused to schedule the service call for an earlier date) LG laid a huge goose egg with this machine. This has been the worst consumer experience ever. The cost and inconvenience of going to a laundromat for over a month should be reimbursed. There will NEVER be another LG product brought in to this household......ever! And as far as their authorized repair company.......NEVER EVER!!!!!

Got this machine 5 years ago and it died and wouldn’t come back on until I unplugged it over night! It came back on this morning but the panel had a blank screen!! Never again with LG!! I need to stick with Maytag or Whirlpool!

My washer started leaking after less than 60 days of owning it. It is now leaking again less than 90 days old. Best Buy will not accept a return after 15 days. LG will refund it unless it is not fixable. So I will continue having a defective unit until Geek Squad cannot fix it. Geek squad can fix everything. My hopes are not high in getting a refund.

Don't waste money on Best buy warrantee they come out and find any excuse not to repair the machine he came out 2 x's (Mike), and each time had a different reason why he would not repair it. Never even tested the machine to see what the issue was. The machine is good service is non-exsistant. better to purchase through Home Depot. best not to use the bleach dispenser as it rusts out and is not covered by warentee.
