Makes holes in my delicates
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While this is a great washing machine because you can do tons of laundry in a couple of loads, it made holes in several of my shirts even with delicate cycle. The delicate cycle is really not delicate at all. It's a very aggressive washing machine. I wouldn't have purchased it if I had read a review like the one I am writing, which is why I am writing it!! Even basic tshirts that I buy from Old Navy and Gap have been destroyed. You have been warned!

However, in a few years it's been broken down several times. Repairmen after repairmen tried to fix it until one of the repairmen shared with me that this washer has a flaw in its design. It's now being replaced so I hope the next one I receive isn't a lemon.

The washer always leave detergent residues on the clothes, no matter how much or how little you wash. We found out that the washer is using 1/3 the amount of water that a normal washer uses. That is why it never completely dissolve the detergent.

I would adjust the load and the same thing would happen again. It would take me hours to just get a load done. Customer service has horrible and rude. I will never buy a appliance from them again. If you buy one make sure you buy the extended warranty and pay attention to the date!!!
