I have to say that not only was a complete disappointment from the beginning in terms of picture quality, menus, remote, etc. But I apparently have the ultimate lemon. Just about everything is wrong with it. It freezes multiple times a day. Disconnects from the internet more often than not and it's connected via ethernet. I get pixel screens ( a blur of colorful pixels and no image ) from most of the apps. The OTA tv reception is non existent. I had a 5 year old Vizio with NONE of these issues. I thought I was "upgrading" It has horrible motion handling. I literally get a headache just looking at it when it actually does work. This is the worst piece of electronic junk I have ever bought. Couldn't return it fast enough......
