    I bought this tv to replace a defective Samsung 43 inch I had for all of one week before it started to freeze and lag. What a difference! The Samsung TV picture looks better out of the box, but after five minutes of tweaking the settings, the LG looked just as good, not to mention the audio, Bluetooth, and interface were all vastly superior to the Samsung. I love, love, love this tv.

    Product is great. Best Buy is my issue, 18 days after my purchase the product went on sale and they will only allow Price Adjustment for 15 days. Extremely disappointing that a struggling retailer would do this and has now cost themselves future business. A 15 day return window is laughable, I will be going to other retailers to keep them running long after Best Buy has gone Chapter 11.

    The TV is good quality for the money. Perfect if you plan to use it with an external Roku, Apple TV, etc. However I don’t recommend the TVs built in smart functionality. Many of the apps are slow to open and have bugs. I had to reset the CBS app multiple times before an episode would play. There are also a ton of apps that you can’t download from the LG content store, ESPN for example. If I didn’t have an Apple TV, I would not be happy with my purchase. Since I planned to use the Apple TV anyways, I am happy with the TV.
