TV is very good but has confusing remote.

Also, the smart remote is confusing at first. Conversely, the Web OS system seems to be quite impressive. I will probably like the LG TV much better as time goes by. I purchased a five year Geek Squad warranty. Would it be possible to have someone come to our house and make sure the TV is adjusted for optimum picture and also go over the correct way to use the remote? T
