    This LG tv was a replacement for my 3 1/2 year old LG tv that had a panel problem which meant no picture but I had audio. Unfortunately, I had to wait a long time to get the replacement but I understood part of the problem was because of Covid and over booking, Once they finally installed it, I was pleased with the tech who explained everything to me.

    The TV had a nice picture and good sound, however the there was no streaming app available for Charter Spectrum TV which is my service. I was not aware when I purchased. Also had difficulty connecting to the internet wirelessly occasionally. LG free content was nice. I returned due to lack of app. for Charter Spectrum
