Once I found the place to make adjustments, I was able to get a quality picture to my liking, and I haven’t been disappointed. I had an Insignia which lost its picture after a year and a half. I was used to the navigation on that TV, so the navigation on the LG took a bit of getting used to. However, I prefer it now to that on the Insignia. I especially like the “Quick Access” keys. I also love that, when I first turn it on, it goes directly to the last antenna channel I was watching. The internet access is really fun, as well, although you wouldn’t want to have to type much. There are a lot of features on this TV that I probably won’t use, but it doesn’t matter. I’m very happy with what I use. I did watch Tech Steve on YouTube. He had a 4-part tutorial on this TV and others. It was worth listening to. The only thing I’m not totally pleased with is the button on the remote that turns on the cursor when I just want to click it. Not a problem most of the time. Now, if this TV lasts for a decent amount of time, I’ll be thrilled, but we’ll have to wait and see.

05/23/2020 - I reserve the right to update this review in the future due to an issue with an earlier model less than 22 days after purchase. However, I have been pleased with this model's picture and sound thus far. When I watch 4K programs, the picture quality is noticeably better. The remote could have a better design, especially for cable box use. It is not as intuitive or useful (pausing, rewinding, fast forwarding, etc., for DirecTV is unwieldy requiring you to access those control by pushing a innocuous button and then using the onscreen magic remote pointer to use those functions). Google assistant is useless thus far in getting it to record cable shows or just shows available from the cable menu. So voice control is really only for accessing the web, or Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant as you would normally with your phone. Of course LED's are old technology and will eventually be phased out, but if you don't want to spend a ton of money on a new TV and would like something thinner, lighter and as an upgrade, then this is a good choice for you.

Perfect out of the box, took minutes to set up. Had enough plugins for everything I needed (xbox, cable box, roku, VCR ) I had to buy a dac audio converter (14$) to hook up my older stereo system via digital so I can listen through my speakers. User friendly, it read everything I hooked up and the remote is awesome. I'm upgrading from a regular TV to this smart TV. I'm loving it, and not only because it's budget friendly but because it surpassed my expectations.

We took back a 43" Samsung that we purchased, due to lack of ease in programming or using the remote control. This TV exceeds our expectations and the remote control is excellent. The picture is excellent. I recommend this tv. On another note, the return to Best Buy was great, no hassle and the representative was very helpful in recommending this particular TV.

I almost didn’t purchase this tv because I read some reviews about the legs not being sturdy enough to hold it up. We bought this tv almost a year ago and have had no issues. The legs are perfectly stable. The picture is great and I love the magic remote. We’re still learning some of the interesting features (we don’t read the manuals (; ). I totally recommend this tv. LG has always been pretty reliable in my experience.

The color is vivid, but true to life and the picture looks almost 3 dimensional. Very easy to operate.

Really good TV, lots of HDMI ports. The TV remote also controls my Roku (automatic). The picture quality is great for PS4 - especially for HDR. YouTube 4k looks fantastic as well. I recommend adjust the brightness, contrast and saturation to meet your desired look. Cinema mode is okay. Audio is the only thing I dislike about it, and it's mostly because it tries to be closer to a soundbar. You'll notice right away that there's more base end frequencies, but it's muddied. And the built in EQ is not very responsive to get rid of the muddied bass if you don't like it. The remote is kind of annoying since it has a pointer.

I'm please with my choice to purchase the LG TV. I needed to replace my 50" Panasonic TV that I had for 12 years. I found it on sale at Best Buy. This is a great replacement. HD is very clear and has lots of features. I specifically like that it has apps on it that I use regularly like YouTube and Amazon Video. You won't be disappointed with this TV model Great sound also.

We needed a new TV because the last one was antiquated and died during the last thunderstorm. The salesperson at the store recommended this one based on our needs, and it works great. Sharp picture, rich color and nice sound without having to turn on the sound bar. Reasonably priced, as well.

For the price this tv is amazing was skeptical at first but once I put on an UHD movie I was blown away! Not only does it have Alexa and Google assistant it’s has Bluetooth so I can paid my Bose headphones and just sit back!

What a great TV! Great color when watching cable or using an Apple TV. It knows when a source is HDR and switches modes automatically. Plus the remote has a cool “wii” feature where the cursor follows your remote. Overall very happy with this tv.

Purchased as an open item in execellent condition. 4k picture is very impressive, u can adjust it to your liking. Volume is loud, no need for external speaker and the magic remote is so cool! You can also download more apps in it.

I purchased this television for my guest bedroom and I must say that I am completely satisfy. The price was reasonable and the picture quality is amazing! I often find myself in the guestroom just watch my favorite shows on this tv!

Great picture and sound quality! I barely have to turn the volume up and it sounds great without needing a sound bar. Clear picture on darker movies and shows. It’s really easy to navigate between different streaming apps.

Very satisfied with this tv.It has sharp picture and its nice to watch in bright room.For money I paid its bargain. I use this tv most like monitor. While I have tv box.But I could watch direct without and picture is HD resolution.I don't need better tv.Thank you Best Bay
