    I'm 67 retired RN had never bought an open box item but was a good deal, took it home had to have friend over to help carry it in and sit it up. Due to pandemic no tv for 3 months, was excited, plugged it up and turned it on as soon as screen came up so did a crack. Took it back next day and I said please dont sell this again it has a crack inner screen, was pretty much told no we would not have done that as I had lied. Being a nurse my whole life I dont lie and at 67 am not ready to start. I was insulted by this young man and his attitude and he turned me off to Best Buy. I've shared this story with my family. I've never had my integrity questioned and apparently this young man does not understand there are always 2 sides to every story but I learned 2 valuable lessons. I hope you do inservice training for these young people are you'll soon have no customers as I did nothing but carried this tv in plugged it up and turned it on and a crack appeared on the "inner screen".

    I'M SURE THE PRODUCT IS GREAT BUT BEST BUY IS NOT. I opened the box and I'm missing a leg stand and a set of screws to screw both the leg stands in. The only support options Best Buy is offering me is to return it or receive a replacement. The item is not in stock at my local store and I had to have it shipped originally. So, I already waited to receive product and now that I got it, I can't even really use it since I have no where to currently put it without leg stands! So yeah, just gonna use a couple chairs as a TV stand I guess.. Super cool, thanks.
