    Couple of months in and all is well. My only issue is that the power cable it comes with is so short that I needed to buy a longer one from a third party, inconvenient and more money.

    Reason for not great for the kitchen. Whenever I watch the TV in the less than 40 viewing in the kitchen white faces and faded colors. Why because of 4K ? The old HD tv Was much better. I can watch from any range.

    I bought this TV thinking it would be pretty nice. We have an LG plasma tv that has been great. I like everything about it except the picture. There is a grayish oval in the middle of the screen. It is an area that is lighter then the rest of the screen. Unfortunately, the TV It is mounted to the wall but I guess I will be returning it tomorrow...

    What happened to picture quality?

    I have an old LG 42" LED and it's still sharp and beautiful. But I gave it to my mother and decided to get a larger screen. As the other 1-star poster wrote, I also have a large halo in the middle of the screen when dark, and everything seemed just faded regardless of the screen setting. I also agree the plastic legs are not strong enough for the weight of the TV. I also couldn't get a good match with the Xfinity remote. I could change channels but that was about all. I'll be exchanging it for a Samsung.

    The colors are not clear/ the Netflix app does not show clearly when you open it get have like a haze to it in the process of trying to return it. Or have Geek Squad come out

    Thought we would try the LG brand this time, it is ok, not sure they need all the tech junk built into electronics today. When this one dies we will probably go back to Samsung.

    We really love the features of the LG and decided to buy another one. Unfortunately this model just doesn't cut it. There is a white halo in the middle of the screen that will not go away no matter what picture setting we used. Will be returning it to the store today.

    Bought for couple in their 80’s and the remote is a little too complicated as they have never used a mouse before. Not age appropriate for seniors,

    Just received this unit and upon opening, discovered the only accessories were 2 legs - no screws, no power cord, no remote, no anything! I reluctantly ordered this after reading similar complaints, but saw there were lots more good reviews. So Sorry I did not take the warning complaints more serious. I have always had confidence in LG, but no longer. The box was factory sealed - I checked for overlay tape, but none. This had to be a factory mishap. What has happened to Quality Control???? Will not buy another LG product in the future, and this unit goes back!! So frustrating and wasted time!!!!

    LG provides the worst smart tv interface and apps. No ESPN or other popular sports apps from gaining access to live streaming your favorite dports. Extremely laggy web browser. Picture quality is fine but nothing to write home about.

    this was a replacement for a defective and identical model purchased Dec 2019. This one came equipped with a vertical line of green pixels (?) right in the middle of the screen

    I can't say how much I dislike this TV! The color is difficult to get right. On one show it will look good and then on the next it looks horrible. It looks fuzzy from far away. It's clarity is not good. There's very few crisp lines. I've had a LG before and had none of these problems. You get what you pay for.

    The quality of the picture when watching a movie is like a low budget movie or one I could take with my cell phone camera. There's no depth to the colors!! I've owned for less than a month.

    The TV worked fine until this week and of course my warranty expired just a couple months ago. It won't even come on now. There was no lightning strike or power surge so we have no idea why it quit working. We are very bummed.
