Had a four year old Sony that finally gave up. Decided to try a different brand. A few days experiencing the LG unit pretty much blew me away. Picture quality and clarity are amazing compared to the Sony. The only issue I had was hooking up my Sonos system to the TV. I had to take an HDMI cable and run it to the arc connection on the TV to make it work.

My new LG QNED 55" Class 80 Series 4K UHD Smart webOS TV(2024) is perfect so far. It was delivered 3 days ago and I set it up as soon as it arrived. The setup was simple. So far, this TV is wonderful. The screen is sharp, the color can be adjusted nicely, and it has good sound. I'm only using this TV for cable TV shows, no streaming, internet, or games. So far, so good. I recommend this TV at least for cable TV shows.

Picture quality is excellent. Only complaint is not being able to default to Live TV and the slow response time loading apps

All I can say is WOW….what an Amazing TV. The picture and sound are incredible. You wont be disappointed & the price was great as well. My only small issue is the brightness but only happens on certain channels so not sure if its the TV or just those channels.

Technology is being produced at a very rapid rate; so rapid that my knowledge of tv's is no up to a current standard. I needed help and explanation and received it from the employee in the department. My sincere gratitude to him for the assistance and I ended up making an excellent choice and received a product that meets and even exceeds my expectations.

Great quality for the price. Its the perfect size and quality for the bedroom. Would work well in thenliving room as well. Great picture quality for sports and movies. Minimal glare issues. Sound is poor, but thats on most tvs. I use a sound bar with no issues.

Have had this tv a few weeks now. Our bigger dog broke the last tv . He was a little too excited to play with animals in the tv lol. Color and picture are clear and crisp. Have had no issues with anything. Would recommend.

Great picture, easy setup,love the picture quality

This LG TV was easy to set and hook up using both cable and streaming. The remote is user friendly and we love having the voice command. Picture is clear and colors are great. Very fast when streaming channels or app's.

Been such a great TV, I just bought another one but a 65 inch this time. Great picture and love the LG OS. Great value for a mid level TV.

Replaced a Fire TV with this LG in our master bedroom. So thankful it does not have all the Amazon Fire TV bloatware on it, however the LG webOS does not currently support or offer the DirecTV app so we had to get the "desktop unit" from DirecTV in order to watch it. It does look great in a lower lighting environment.

LG TVs always come thru. Excellent purchase, will continue to use them myself and for customers.

Exceeds expectations. I was in between this model and an OLED model but the price differences was too big. The picture clarity for the price point cannot be beaten. Highly recommend.

Picture is ok but the remote is very confusing especially if you hook up a sound bar

Clear picture, bright colors, quality build, nicely priced. Installation was straightforward, though getting everything up and running (eg, connecting remote, wifi, setting up 'smart' features) took some time.
