I've never been a big LG tv fan. With that said, this OLED tv exceeded my expectations. The picture is as clear as I've ever seen on a tv and the webOS for my Netflix and Amazon Prime video was fast and convenient. Add the magic remote and this is a tv I'll be keeping for a long time. I am exceedingly happy with this purchase.

The picture is seriously everything that I'd hoped it would be. Simply amazing. I gave it 4 stars because the wireless performance was subpar. I ended up taking it back after I bought a whole home mesh system and the wireless performance did not improve. I would recommend it because I'm positive I bought a TV with a bad wireless card. It was a combination of the wireless card and the fact that it didn't have crunchyroll and funimation that made me get the Sony. Most people my age don't watch cartoons so they would love the LG.

Absolutely no regrets! Since my sole concern was top-notch picture quality, "upgrading" to the C7 made no sense. For my uses, as a non-gamer with a larger primary entertainment set up in the living room for movie/streaming nights with friends, the audio question doesn't come into play, nor the (arguable) improvement in design.

Decided to return the 65" Sony LED to give this thing a chance and my goodness, the picture quality doesn't even compare. I'd rather have this picture quality on the 55" that I got vs the 65" Sony LED. The OLED is the best picture quality I've ever seen.

I was really skeptical about investing into a 4K tv. But with upconversion and Netflix 4K content it looks amazing and many have been thrown back at how awesome the visuals are. I’m coming from a Samsung UN55D8000 LED which is still an awesome panel but this tv is far superior and the Smart TV aspect is lightning fast!

Really like the TV and has a slight learning curve with all of the features. The new firmware created a conflict with my Receiver, losing the ability for me to watch movies in Dolby Vision. LG and Onkyo claim they are working it out, but until then I am not able use the TV to its full potential without changing all of my cable routing. Otherwise very happy with the look thus far and like all of the picture settings including the new Technicolor option. Wish it also had the Direct TV option built in that other LGs and Samsungs have.

People comment often how clear and crisp this picture is. The picture is perfect. My only complaint is coming from me, who struggles some with the remote control. I wish it was simpler, but don't let this discourage you, I wouldn't trade the tv for anything. I would buy again too.

I went to Best Buy to scout out a different TV. When coming across this one I was absolutely mesmerized. I wasn’t really planning to spend this much on a TV but the investment was well worth it. When displaying 4K content this TV will stop anybody dead in their tracks... they won’t be able to look away!

Definitely an expensive purchase but easily the best looking TV I have ever seen. The contrast of an OLED is miles ahead of anything else on the market. Also the smart features are incredibly well integrated and easy to use. I would recommend this TV to anyone with the money for it. Absolutely incredible.

Stunningly deep and brilliant colors and more than satisfactory audio. A significant upgrade from my 40” Sony and 32” Panasonic. Have admired the LG OLEDs since they came out a few years ago. Now they are affordable! Be careful if you put the tv in a bright sunlit room. The screen is highly reflective.

Light from Windows does not diminish the quality of picture. Tv remote is great, smart, takes some practice. Easy after practice.

Picture is just like showroom or better. HD features make regular tv look almost 3D. On sports shows you can see the players skin imperfections and more detail than any tv I've watched. Ours is not the most popular home in the social group. Have a big grocery budget ready if you buy this tv. The parties rock

I absolutely love this TV. The picture quality is amazing. It's like watching Home Videos. I did buy a soundbar for it but it doesn't really need it. I think the sound board would be okay if you're playing music but I'm just watching movies.

I bought this after a long research session. It was between this and the Samsung QLED. I am a Samsung fan boy but after seeing the OLED next to the QLED, I was sold. I play Xbox one x on it and there’s absolutely no input lag. I bought the geek squad warranty should I ever have screen burn in issues.

Out of the box, this tv has a great picture. Just a little bit of tweaking in the custom picture settings makes it absolutely perfect. First tv where I’ve never had to alter the white balance. Menus are fast and easy to navigate. Much better than my three year old Sony Bravia it replaced.

Read about LG TVs in Consumer Reports and have been very pleased with the picture quality and sound of the sound bar. Not sure about the TV itself since we have only used the sound bar. Controls on remote are a little tricky and have not mastered them yet, but I think it's merely a matter of time.

Great TV. Smart technology is backed by enough memory to make it work really well. Connected to my devices with no problem and interface is great. Picture is wonderful, it is like looking out a window at what ever you are watching. And by adding the sound bar, sounds are full, crisp and clear!!!

Been following 4K FPD OLED technology for several years, waiting for the price to become more affordable. LG has delivered with their OLED technology - the picture quality of this 55" FPD is simply outstanding! Hopefully product reliability will match my 9 year old HD plasma FPD going forward.

Gong from a 10 year old 1080p florescent backed TV to a 4k OLED is such a jump I nearly fell over when the set was up and running. It's absolutely beautiful. And with the Xbox One X running the Ultra HD Blu Rays, a 4k movie with Atmos sound rocks my house. Easily the best TV I've ever bought.

We traded this tv for a 65 inch. Just felt we needed a larger screen. Best Buy let us return it and get the larger screen and did not charge us additional install charges for the swap! We also added a sound bar mount on the recommendation of the install team. Everything is perfect now.
