Previously had purchased numerous electronics at Best Buy but noticed same OLEG at Costco. Went to Best Buy to price check and perhaps use my Reward Points. Pricing was the same and points were used. Great tv and transaction . Appreciated the knowledge of the sales team.

This tv exceeded my expectations. There are no problems with the interface and the picture is amazing.

Honestly my only regret is not getting the 65 version. The screen is fantastic, and the tv is very light for its size; it was easy to mount. The controller is a bit wonky, and the cursor for selecting can be annoying, but the hardware itself is great.

I bought an open box from the store and when I set it up at home it had a big green spot in the middle of the screen. I returned it to the store and the gave me a great deal on a 65” instead. They are great tv’s. Best Buy took care of me!!

Everything about my expierence purchasing this TV was excellent. The salesman took his time with me, Geek Squad did a great job hanging the TV and making sure I was happy with the position on the wall. Also, they made sure I knew how to use the features.

OLED screen is fantastic, really great picture. LG interface is intuitive and very functional.

Excellent picture and sound. This TV has the least output /input connections I have ever had on a TV. The Guide book give inane pictures of plugins and a rudimentary image of the functions on the remote. As to how the functions work, you are on your own. It does a good job showing you how to put the the batteries in the remote

This tv is a great choice when using it in 4K and hdr however in lower quality situations it does not shine. Gaming is great and it has many inputs which is a big plus. It’s very thin and easily wall mounted. Some negatives are it is very prone to screen burn it and reflects light easily as well.

We are very happy with our new LG OLED 55” TV. Fairly easy to set up and user friendly.

AT TIME OF PURCHASE REQUESTED INFO AS TO USE OF HEAD PHONES AND BOSE SYSTEM NO PROBLEM WAS RECEIVED. WRONG GEEK SQUAD SAID I NEEDED A SET OF HEAD PHONES WITH OPTICAL INPUT COST $400 PLUS EST. I SHOULD OF BEEN TOLD THIS UP FRONT. GRAND SON HOOKED UP DEVICE FOR LESS THAN $150 ADDITIONAL COST TO ME TO GET RID OF DOUBLE SOUNDS IN HEAD SET . VERY UPSET THAT I HAD TO SPEND ADDITIONAL MONEY TO CORRECT MY PROBLEM

the TV gives good viewing angles deep black rich colors upscaling is really good

Beautiful picture in a super thin screen. LG smart is not the simplest to use.

UHD images are amazing. Going back and forth between cable is a little confusing

I got a good TV and a good price. All of the incentives to buy on the spot or even in a few days was truly worth what I paid. Thanks to the the store I am glad and happy because shipping was a fast track down the road.

This is a great television. I had a hard time committing to a smaller TV than 65". Unfortunately, the bigger TV didn't work in my room, so for the price and quality of picture, I couldn't ask for anything better.
