Excellent tv. But I had to get another one the first day there was a small line on the bottom across the whole screen.

I like the tv but I got 40 inch Samsung smart tvs that are great for the price I paid.

Great picture quality. However, they bill this as a good sports TV that avoids the old altitude issues of the old Plasmas. It is not good for sports as the image isn't even close to fluid. Pretty disappointed with that really, as this was my man cave TV purchase.

Thus far I have been pleased with my purchase. More to follow.

Should come with a manual. Set up took longer than need be.

The style and theory behind this tv sounds intriguing but overall my old LG tv has better screen quality and picture quality than any this one. I didn’t see much of a difference unless your watching movies or Netflix on cable tv the image looks the same.

Buyer beware. This is a PSA for anyone looking to purchase this tv. I wish I had read the honest feedback around this tv and taken it more seriously. This is the worst value on the market. The screen burn-in issues are real and completely ruin this tv. LG does not cover burn-in under warranty and do not stand by their product. They basically consider this user error. TV looks excellent out of the box and UHD is phenomenal. However, the screen runs so hot that if you use it for more than a few hours at a time, it creates a burnt in circle in the center of the screen that over time turns everyone’s faces green. This started as minor and progressively got worse. There are plenty of examples of this online so I encourage you to look it up for yourself. Also, if you are someone who may occasionally fall asleep in front of the tv, then good luck, your screen will be toast in short order. Additionally, the Wi-Fi on the set is terrible. I often find that if I run an app, such as Netflix via the tv that there is constant freezing and buffering, while if I run the same app through my Xbox One there is no issue. I don’t ever write reviews. I’m writing this in hopes that I can change someone’s mind from purchasing this garbage until LG gets their act together and resolves this issue or makes it right with their customers. In the meantime, I’ll be “upgrading” to a $600 TCL and throwing this set in the garbage where it belongs. Hopefully there’s a class action lawsuit against LG and Sony forthcoming.

Purchased in Oct and within 2 months noticed an ugly pink line...did all troubleshooting and contacted Lg...after 2 most finally got in touch with a repair shop...they stated they do not do warranty work for lg anymore because they do not pay....2nd shop looks at it and thought it was ok???? An inch wide pink band on brighter screens is ok??? Haven't had the energy to call lg back again ..will never buy another lg Oled tv...please be warned!!!! Greatest picture ever before the pink band..

This is a great tv as long as you get an external sound bar or connect to an external stereo system. Picture is incredible, but audio very poor. A/V keeps going out of sync and I have to keep adjusting it.
