It's been a headach since first purchased
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had thought I'd buy a Sony 4k and instead (likely due to friends having an LG TV - I bought the LG TV Installation was complicated - the Geek Squad has been back and thought they had fixed I moved the my other TV from the front room to the back office at an additional cost of $100.00 which I thought to be excessive as no new holes were drilled - only moved from its original spot to the mount already on the wall. Then as to the LG 4K, the picture is about 4-6 seconds behind the voice - so it's very frustrating for my wife who suffers from TBI and not much better for me - watching Wheel of Fortune - the letter comes up and the contestant says the letter about 2 seconds later - I've unplugged (as told my BBY staff upon my asking what to do - unplug and see if it comes together I have a smart remote - it's not much better - likely need a better review booklet to see what areas I can try Also the remote doesn't offer tuning or various bass values All in all - good people apparently doing their best - just not very good equipment to get the picture perfect - which of course is why I purchased this 4K unit Then I paid for the 5 year warranty - not sure how many other costs were associated - more for this - more for that - if I received a $500 discount - the extras were more than that - I'm sure Likely not coming back for more - I really hoped this to be a Best Buy!

Dissatisfied
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No owners manual and finding it difficult to get information on line to operate features. Bought an LG Soundbar with it and find that there are instances where the voice and lip movement are not in sync. Very disconcerting

Best OLED for the Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally purchased the C7 because my understanding was that the B-series were always Costco exclusives. Once I found out that the only differences between the C7 and B7 were the panel bezel color (C7 has a black bezel, B7 is silver), the stand, and some input differences, I made the swap. The B7 is the best OLED you can buy for the money. Once configured for Game Mode for use with my computer, my games look ridiculously colorful and the shadows (with HDR supported games) really pull you in. The magic remote makes navigating the menus way easier and intuitive. Watching Game of Thrones or 4K content from Netflix is a treat with this display.

Replaced due to burn in
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tv now has burn in or permanent screen retention in the bottom right corner. It is a combination of several different Station logos because Discovery, science channel, Nat geo, motor trend, MTV, etc all put the logo in the bottom left hand corner.

Stunning Picture Slim OLED TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The contrast is absolutely brilliant and both HD and UHD look insanely vibrant, and from every single angle. The edge is so thin and is beautiful to see, even though it gets a bit thicker at the bottom for the TV's guts. The HDR in Dolby Vision is just stupendous. I cannot fathom how they replicate that much dynamic range on such a thin TV. Also, the consistency of the picture blows away anything I've seen. If you're in the market for a $2K TV, this is the set to get.

LG OLED Burn-In ruined the picture

Best TV for the Money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV has everything I want. Great picture for regular TV viewing, great viewing angles, and fantastic 4k HDR capability. I upgraded from a Sony XBR-800E, and the difference is night and day, worth the extra $1000, but still nowhere near the price tag of the Sony OLED. The WebOS is great too for streaming services. I also really like the remote. It's like a mouse, so it's fun and easy to use, especially when entering passwords into streaming services. Best remote I've had that controls both the TV and Cable. It looks like it does not support Dolby Atmos, but I've never heard it before and don't have that capability in my sound system so I don't know what I'm missing. Completely satisfied with my purchase and then some. Now if only there was more content available in 4k HDR format......

Best TV ever!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What can I say? Image quality is unrivaled. True blacks and bright whites. Fast response time, no light bleed and perfect picture uniformity. 4K is nice, but there's nothing like OLED HDR. Planet Earth 2 looks amazing as well as my PS4 Pro and Xbox Scorpio games. I also have my Switch and gaming rig hooked up to it. Superb display!

Best tv for gaming and movies
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best tv on the market and it’s not even close. Have you ever watched a movie on a tv and the shadowing in the corners during a dark scene take you out of the movie? Well never again as this tv produces true black levels. This TVs input lag is also only 21ms (a major improvement from last years model) and a great pair for the new Xbox one X. The HDR, 4K, and true black levels makes AC origins the best looking game I’ve ever played. I Highly recommend this tv.

Gorgeous Realistic Picture Quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm one very fussy photographer and videophile who has found picture nirvana in this 55 in LG model. I'm a former Samsung owner (bought in 2010). Hookup was simple and straight-forward. Great connectivity to Internet (hot buttons to Netflix and Amazon Prime) as well as access to Youtube is a snap using voice commands to their slim remote. The price was right ($1500) during Black Friday week. Best Buy is my go-to electronics store. Soon will be buying a 5.1 Surround-Sound system to with this TV. Love playing ll the 4KUHD HDR demos that are online to show to friends. My only negative is the stand is rigid. My previous 2010 Samsung has a base that will swivel. I see no reason that they couldn't have provided a swivel base. I'll be needing to mount it on the wall as a result other arbitrary design decision, thus adding $150+ to my cost.
