So far so good. We’re super picky about our TV clarity and color. We always pay more for the latest tech and established name brands. Only reason I gave this tv 4 stars instead of 5 is that we had 2 instances where it shut itself off at about the 10 month mark. Tech repair had no idea why. We know from other TVs this can be an expensive issue. So extended warranty a year just in case it shut off and won’t come back on. It’s now been a year since the last random shut off. A Smart TV.

The crystal clear image on this display is awesome. The black levels are inky as they should be. Coupled with an Atmos system this is the ultimate for me in this size range. Bigger would have been great but too big for our room. The menu is intuitive. Remote is great and controls my cable box and my sound. Very happy with this TV.

This TV has the best picture ever!! Best Buy had someone come and set up our TV which was so nice to not have to move one TV and put up the new one. The colors are so vibrant, a person feels they could just reach in and touch and smell them. We love our new TV and if we have any problems, we have the Geek Squad on our side!!!

Great picture but had an issue within 6 weeks

The picture quality is terrific and the TV was easy to set up. I also liked the LG remote that came with the TV, The remote is simple to use and controls all the other components hooked up to the TV. Too bad we'll not be able to use the TV for some time. Unfortunately the screen developed an issue within 6 weeks of purchase. A whitish vertical line permanently appeared on the screen. It appears that an entire column of pixels is blown. It's under warranty so LG will repair the TV. The LG repair guys tells me he'll need to replace the panel (the heart of the TV). Which means I need to take down the TV, truck it over to the repair shop, wait for who knows how many weeks to get the replacement parts shipped and installed, pick up the repaired TV, truck it back to my house and re-install it. So no new LG OLED TV anytime soon. The TV is less than 6 weeks old and it's getting torn apart and re-built. Not exactly a new TV anymore. Because it's a new purchase, requires extensive repair, and I'll lose the TV for several weeks or more I asked both LG and Best Buy to allow me to return and replace the TV . Both companies refused my request. Very disappointed, rather than doing what's right, both companies chose to hide behind policy with no further consideration.

i unpacked it . it was very thin except at the base where all the connections are which is good. the base could be a bit more sturdy as it allows the screen to flex or wobble slightly but doesn't seem to have any effect in usage, pictures are as expected and advertise. deep and colors are brilliant. best tv i have ever had.

This TV is fantastic. I’ve never seen such a clear, crisp picture. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade to 4K - especially for HDR gaming. My PS4 Pro looks amazing on this TV. The smart features are easy to use, and the audio is solid. Overall I couldn’t ask for more. I’m really glad I bought it.

Great tv! I have owned for almost 6 mos now. Oled is not just hype and is only from LG (or someone rebranding the LG panel). Ever take a tv home and have it not quite be the same as in the store? Not the case here. Having a true Black makes a big difference. Also putting on a 4K show from say Amazon shows as well.

Best budget hdr tv periods, the Samsung QLED is brighter, but you can’t match OLED in blacks and colors that was the whole point of hdr and Dolby vision. The best way to explain TVs is like this 4k is like a box of 12 color cranyons, hdr is 24 color, hdr 10 84 color box, and Dolby vision with OLED is 124 colorbox.

Outstanding picture and good value (especially for us as we were able to get an open box deal). The blacks are VERY black. The screen is glossy so probably best for people who have a pretty dark room (like us). I cannot comment on the sound are we hooked up our Sonos Playbar right away. Set-up was very easy.

Needed to replace a Samsung LED REAR Projection DLP unit from 2007 which was state of the art at that time. Went in to buy a very nice Sony XBR-55X900E and made the "mistake" of asking what the big deal was about OLED and spending $500 more. Took one look at the picture quality difference and said "Ring it up". Floor rep said it was his fastest sale ever. It's super thin, with pure blacks and amazing color which cannot be described. If you are into great viewing experiences, just get an OLED. LG is the only company right now that makes them....all others get their panels from LG. The sound is just fine, but not a deal breaker because of home sound system. I only use Netflix, You Tube, music and maybe a few other (smart) features, so no more need for the Roku box. Streams well and make sure you update your HDMI cable(s). The remote is probably the weakest link but it works. We still have several remotes because cannot get all (cable) features to work on the LG remote. Bottom line is you buy a TV for the picture quality and OLED has no equal (yet).

My husband is such a snob. He has to have the best of everything and I assure this TV is no exception. After hrs of reading reviews and talking with Best Buy’s guys, this one was the winner. It doesn’t disappoint. So clear of a picture I can see nose hairs on people. The colors are amazing. Totally worth it.

So we had the TV for about a week or so and I absolutely loved the contrast this TV offered. The blacks looked terrific and the colors were gorgeous to look at. The only reason why I returned it was because 55" was too small for our living room unit and the 65" was out of my price point. Decided to get Samsung 65" 8 series instead. Even though I switched to Samsung, LG knocked it out of the park when it comes to picture quality. I just wish it was a little bit cheaper, maybe in the near future.

I could never go back to lcd. The picture difference is that impressive. The blacks are black, the colors pop, I dig the remote. Nothing negative to say really. A nitpick is the home menu has these like ads on the side which is annoying but it really hasn't detracted from my experience

Outstanding picture quality. Even when watching programs that are not in 4K, are very sharp. Black to white contrast is amazing. Watching movies in 4K is amazing. Instead of going with a bigger tv, I stayed with a 55in and got the OLED. Still bit pricey but the picture quality is worth it.

I’m am very satisfied with this TV. I mainly use it with my Xbox and the colors look stunning, also the blacks are black, not grey. It has good response time in game mode. I am very happy with my purchase and don’t have any buyers remorse that I frequently get when making big purchases.

This TV is incredible. We finally upgraded from a Panasonic plasma after way too many years. We were looking for something that didn't have the overly saturated colors and looked more natural. We couldn't be happier! The colors look amazing and the black levels are out of this world.

This TV is so clear and it has remote buttons to go directly to Amazon Prime and Netflix and it was easy to hook up. If you’re wondering if you should get one, just do yourself a favor and do it. You won’t look back.

I recently purchased this TV to pair with my new xbox one x and the results are unbelievable. I have waited a while to purchase a 4K TV, I was waiting for OLED and HDR at a great price. I am completely satisfied with my purchase, I wont look back! **I switched from Samsung to LG**

I did a lot of research before making this purchase and compared to what's on the market this was the best buy in terms of overall picture. I love the deep rich colors and the blacks are excellent. Even my wife comments on the difference in the pictured compared to our LED tv.

I purchased this tv, returned it without opening it because of negative reviews I read; purchased it again, and glad I did. I read negative reviews about image burn, and non function of the tv after a few days, weeks, and months in some cases. I went to best buy, saw the picture quality again and decided to purchase again. The picture quality is spectacular. However, all content is not the same. There was a movie I watched and I couldn't believe the quality I beheld. Then there were other movies that were great in terms of 4k quality but not as good. The picture quality is also good when watching 1080p content. I have PS4 connected and older PS4 titles like killzone shadow fall and the last of us remastered are unbelievable. I purchased xbox one x, but didn't connect it to the tv yet. I can't wait to see how games look in true 4k. I don't like the instructions that came with the tv. Also, I purchased the 5 year warranty
