However, its contrast isn’t the best, so dark scenes may look a bit washed out. It’s a solid choice for casual watching but not the best for deep blacks or high-end performance.

Now it does not work at all. It turns on and off but does nothing else unfortunately. I have only had this tv for about two or three months.

I don’t know if it’s the model or if I am getting refurbished instead of new in the box. I have always had good luck with LG until now! I received a replacement for my 5 yr old LG in October through my extended warranty. The first replacement had multiple issues. Shutting off and rewinding on its own. Picture quality. Sound issues. I then got a second replacement 3 days ago. It seemed fine the first night and now it’s giving multiple issues as well. The picture quality is horrible no matter what I try! Some shows look decent and the next show will look like I’m watching an old tube TV.
