    The LG Home Screen is confusing and the TV is slow to react to the remote. Not as good as the LG TVs I have had in the past. Also when you change channels the screen is blurry and takes time to come in clear. I would not recommend this model.

    NEVER BUY FROM BEST BUY

    I love the tv, but Best Buy are freaking scammers and I will never buy from them ever again. I bought this tv on Black Friday and it was supposed to be delivered to me, and the driver out of nowhere canceled the delivery, and they tried to make me wait another week to deliver my tv, and I wasn’t having it. I went to the store and had to get it myself, but since I have a car and nothing bigger, I had to call a Uber x to follow me home with it which cost me $50 just alone for delivery, and then they said they will refund me the money of a gift card and they would send it out, and till this day I’ve never got it yet. Complete scammers and I hope they go out of business soon.

    Oops! Oh no!

    Sadly I never got to watch the TV. As I was putting it together it was laid out on the floor and while removing a picture from the wall, tripped over and stepped on it breaking the screen. Best Buy refused to replace. I lost $327, and no TV. Merry Xmas

    If you care about seamless streaming, avoid this at all costs. I can’t even make it through 1 episode of any show without it disconnecting. Constant connection issues even though every other device (including Samsung TVs) in the house work perfectly. Will never buy a LG product again.

    Returning to get a different TV

    Bought this TV on sale for Black Friday. Have to return it to get a different a TV because it’s so bad. I can even watch a full 60 minutes without it bugging out and not working. This started for the beginning. No drops or scratches either. Sound quality is terrible

    The TV stopped working in less than one month. I could hear the stations on and available, but the picture failed. The screen stayed black. It was replaced with a different brand that I am happy with. I would not recommend this LG to anyone.

    Best Buy- Update the Specs

    The 1 star is for Best Buy. The specs say it’s a 200mm x 200mm Vesa mount pattern. It is actually 300 x 300. Im not sure what Im going to do with my ceiling mount that is connected in the attic where we’ve had a large amount of insulation blown in.

    I just bought this brand new TV and was excited to finally go home and watch my favorite show when to my surprise the TV had a HUGE crack in it?? It literally looks like someone grabbed a bat and hit it. All that styrofoam for nothing. Very disappointed.

    My Wife and I decided to go for this 55 inch Smart TV because it was on a Very Good discount for Cyber Monday. All I can say is We are Both Blown away by the High Quality of this Smart TV. The picture is insanely Amazing. Even My Wife said that the People on the screen looked like They were in the room with Us. I've never had a Big-Screen TV before, and I'm Really Very Happy that We got this one. It's Truly Amazing. I would recommend this Smart TV with AI to Anyone seeking High Quality at a Good Price.     Great TV But Lacks Compatibility with Spectrum App

However, I was disappointed to find out that it isn't compatible with the Spectrum app. You'll need to use a streaming device like a Roku Stick to access it. Keep that in mind if you're planning to use the Spectrum app on this TV.

    We picked this TV purposely as I had an LG TV a few years back and really liked it! That earlier one I only had for a couple of weeks before it burned up when I lost my home in the Campfire in November, 2018. This TV is exactly what anyone would love -- nice bright pictures, good sound, perfect TV!
