This stove by far is the best stove I purchased. When you leave the oven open and it's on, it'll beep at you to tell you to close the oven and even say door the LG dean app. Amazing

Beautiful oven! So far, pleased with this purchase! It's so sleek and modern plus the print proof is unreal!!! The air fry function is great!

I am really enjoying my new stove. There is some getting used to the various temperatures, etc., but so far, I am very pleased. I look forward to learning how to use the air fry features.

I don’t have to buy an air fire anymore, this one does it. It self cleans and the extra warmer burner is so useful. The stainless steel looks great in my kitchen.

My dream range. I love it. Lg is by far my favorite brand. I love the stainless. Works with Alexa. The lg app lets me know when cook ti.es, preheat, and timers are done. I can remote start or stop the oven. It even lets you know if the burners are on. I would recomend this to any and everybody. The best buy staff were great at helping me. Delivery was also 5 star.

After reading many reviews and seeing the high ranking I decided this was going to be our new oven. Not long after owning the oven my wife started complaining that the metal ring around the front of the oven cooktop was super hot. (If you look at photo uploads a temperature sensor is taped to the front of the oven). This progressively got worse, purchased in October and it finally reached the point of my wife getting scars from cooking by May. I contacted LG and they sent someone out. He only turned on the cooktop and didn't test with the oven on and said everything is fine and left. Day 1 staying home from work wasted. I seen how the tech tested the temp and repeated the test after he left as I had same testing equipment just different brand. The metal piece reached 198F. I looked everything over and noticed the door didn't close good, so oven heat is escaping and causing all the heat. I contacted LG again and they apologized and sent another tech to replace the oven door hinges. Repair person number 2 arrives and replaces the hinges unfortunately without making any difference. He suggested contacting LG again as this was a safety issue now. Another day home from work without any resolution. Contacted LG again and was told this was a serious issue and the safety department would contact me that day. No one called. Called again and explained everything once again and this was a safety issue and someone would contact me within 48 hours. No one called Contacted again and was told they are sending LG tech that came the first time again to verify nothing can be done and they would replace or refund for the oven. Excellent I thought. Tech calls and tells me to turn the oven on and he would arrive in 30 minutes. He arrives and notices the heat of the metal piece and then turns off the oven and opens the door for extended time looking for things that could be wrong. Needless to say the oven is now cooling off which means I wasted power heating the thing up. Then after a bit he says let's check it now 116F. He turns it on and it's rising 1 degree per minute. Then he messes with the tape on the sensor and it quits rising at 131F. He calls or messages someone at LG and the first visit he said that part has a max temp of 160F but after this he says there is no limit to the temp on that part and that it's normal and leaves. Day 3 home from work wasted and absolutely furious at this point. Contacted LG again demanded a supervisor this time and she said it's been escalated and I will be contacted with in 24h. I'm not holding my breath. Unfortunately Best Buy said they can't help as it's been too long since purchase. Also this same model if you search on Reddit a post with multiple people with same story, purchased because of high reviews and having then stove swapped multiple time without fixing the burning metal issues. LG said they are unaware of the problem. I'm normally happy with LG products but currently 2 of the 4 kitchen appliances have issues that haven't been resolved. (The other is Fridge that stopped cooling and then the tech arriving to fix and finds that the water line going to the door is leaking. So no water or ice and have no idea when it will be fixed currently) Features are excellent Looks are excellent Safety is a fail LG Customer Service is a fail SHAME ON YOU LG YOU NEED TO FIX THIS!!

Great stove with various features including AirFry— I don’t have to use multiple appliances. The glass top gets a bit fuzzy after using and needs frequent wiping with glass stove cleaners. Overall it’s a good buy for the price.

Love love love my stove ! Food is cooked exact temperature! Food out of the oven is very hot I’ve never had a stove this accurate!!! I love baking n cakes cookies come out of the perfectly baked and nicely browned ! Also I get compliments how nice looking it is!

Matches the refriderator. Love using the air fryer and convection oven. Cook top heats fast, and cools fast when done. Wi Fi is a plus.

Purchased to replace an older LG stove (that went out a few days before Thanksgiving). Have always been pleased with the quality of LG appliances. Jon with Pacific Sales was very helpful. Slight learning curve with the new features, but easily understood. Home delivery & pick up was delayed, but understandable.

We like our new LG range. Everything works well and overall it looks great. There is one design issue we don't care for though, and that is between the upper instrument panel and the finished metal panel below is an inch gap, I presume for venting, where you can see the unfinished metal parts inside. You don't see it much if you are tall and looking from above at the range, but when sitting or if shorter, you see it constantly...

So far so good. I don’t know why people are complaining about bubbles forming under the burners as I have not seen anything like that yet on mine. Some scratches have appeared but that is mostly because of this one pressure cooker I use but you still gotta be gentle when moving the pots and pans around. It’s been 2 months now and I use my stove a lot but I have not seen anything to complain about yet for at least the cooktop. It takes a little while for oven temperature to rise but when it’s at that temp, then works as normal like any other. Have not used the wifi or air fry yet so that is to be seen in future. So far I am very happy with this stove and looks very pretty. I am happy with LG products and just got myself a matching refrigerator too

Love this stove/oven. My last one lasted 26 years so I’m expecting alot from this one. So far it’s good. Glass top is easy to stain though but the glass stove top cleaner is my best bet to clean than anything else. Still trying to get use to all the bells and whistles.

Purchase of an LG electric convection oven was a natural next step in our journey to reduce our personal carbon footprint. We still have a ways to go, but it feels good to take another step away from the burning of ever more fossil fuels that we know is definitively unsustainable in the long term and that is cumulatively having documented devastating planetary effects even now in the shorter term. We have to stop powering our world by setting things on fire. And the hopeful thing is: we now have alternatives!

I was upset with the delay in delivery but darn you Best Buy this LG Range is just Epic… it’s power and classic lines are just stunning…This is the upgrade every Kitchen Needs… The instaview feature is also just next generation… just give Best Buy your needs they will find the perfect solution

Love my new stove!! The customer service was the greatest, delivery excellent and seeing the stove in my kitchen just perfected my whole experience!! The air fryer option is wonderful! Great experience overall!!

Love this range! Has the air fryer, which I can’t wait to use. Only problem is that it doesn’t come with the air fryer tray and it should. You can only get the LG fryer tray at LG and it is out of stock. Love that you can knock on the window of the stove and light comes on. It boils water quickly for an electric stove.

Works well. We enjoy the ability to heat different size pots accurately. The knock on glass feature is really cool and I love using it. The gentle clean oven feature worked very well. Very satisfied with purchase.

Love my new oven. I’ve wanted a glass top for a long time so I finally did it after researching for a long time. Getting used to the knobs and which way to go to heat the different sizes. The Oven heats up so much faster than my last one. I have even used the air fryer and love it. So far so good.

Beautiful range. This LG range has all the same functions & more as ranges twice & three times the price. Unless you’re a professional chef, don’t waste your money on a top named brand range that will only impress your friends. Buy LG, which is beautiful & practical The controls are substantial & not flimsy, & of course, I love the inside oven blue color. I often use the convection mode & greatly appreciate the high powered burner. This LG range looks smart & classy!
