When I bought the stove I saw that it had a small scrape on the edge of the stove but over time it has been flaking or broken more, it seems that every time the stove heats up it causes the edge of the glass to become more clothed now I don't know what do …..

love the lg stove. huge blue oven with convection. yes you can regular bake. auto convert convection bake and roast. air fry. but you have buy their fry pan from lg, not included. tried with broiler pan separated, did ok but real fry basket probably better. heats up faster than my last smooth top. stainless smudge proof but top takes frequent cleaning as it is black and can see smudges and finger prints too easily. weiman an others make wipes and sprays or liquid for deeper cleaning. warming element, plus 5 others. 2 6 inch, 1 6/9 inch, and 1 6/9/12 inch. yes , I have pans for all sizes. knobs easy to understand. haven't needed to clean my oven yet. light button on panel or can tap oven top to come on. both only brief. large viewing window in door. door open light is always on and alarm chimes to let you know it's open. timer chime is loud. love that. storage drawer bit smaller than my last but at least is there. if you havent had a a ange installed in a while you may not realize that you have to purchase a power cord and if someone else installs they have to install a safety anchor. required by law.apparently , to prevent kids from tipping over. this does keep it from being flush with my cabinets, about 1-2 inches protrudes. i;m getting used to that. in top ratings in Consumer Reports

We replaced another brand with the LG Electric Range and have undergone a marked improvement in our overall cooking experience. Oven temps are Spot-on, product is feature rich, and the Air Fry function provides a wide range of new recipe opportunities. Plus, the Range looks really great in our kitchen.

Severe Safety Issue
Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.
On 2/25/2023 my wife used our new LG electric range, Model LREL6325. When she went to clean the cooktop after the Cooktop Hot Indicator turned off she almost burnt her finger. She placed a temperature probe on the large front burner and found the temperature was 155 degrees Farenheit. She checked the Owner's Manual and found on page 26 that the cooktop hot indicator remains on until it has cooled to approximately 150 degrees Farenheit. This is way too hot and the indicator light should remain on until the temperature is below 100 degrees.
On 2/26/2023 we checked the unit again with the smaller front burner and found the cooktop hot indicator light went off at 161 degrees Farenheit. This is a severe safety issue and I would like our unit fixed so the hot indicator light does not go off until the temperature is below 100 degrees Farenheit. I spoke to our Best Buy sales person today and he was not aware of this safety issue as his electric range, manufacture unknown, does not turn off at this high temperature nor did my previous GE range or my son's Samsung range. I have made a complaint to LG and to the Consumer Product Safety Agency and am awaiting their replies.

Great Stove and Air Fryer

This is an awesome stove! The oven is huge, and is also an air fryer. I couldn't wait to use it, and have tried a number of recipes in the air fryer. It's really great for my family of 6. The only thing that kind of bothers me is that it seems like the cook top got scratched immediately. I was very careful with it, but I guess glass will scratch easily. Still a 5star product!

Likely 5 star worthy if it included the air fryer basket and tray. For the price of over $1,100 plus tax, it’s pretty crazy that they do not include the one thing you’ll need to take advantage of the built-in air fryer feature.
The quality of the range is pretty good. The layout of the burners, knobs, and buttons are good/intuitive. The finish is very nice. The knock-knock light on feature is gimmicky but cool. The blue interior is very good pleasant.
One drawback I ran into is no extra space behind the range to “tuck” the power cord. The way my outlet protrudes from the wall and the direction of the cord results in there not bring sufficient space behind the range for it to go all the way against the wall. My previous range had a sort of cutout that the cord could tuck into. I may have to pull the range and rotate the outlet.
All said, it’s a very nice range, modern, good looking, and feature packed. Just be sure you know you have to buy an air fryer basket and tray.

Great and seems pretty high quality so far. Easy setting up with the ThinQ app. I wish the air fry tray and broiler tray were included with such an expensive item. Also, the under storage drawer is flimsy and smaller than my previous one. Not much fits in there. I like all the features and still working on trying them all out. Overall would purchase again but it hasn’t been that long yet.

So far the oven is terrific and the stove iWorks well too. The only thing is the glass top is hard to keep clean. You also have to be very careful of the pans you use. The appearance of the stove looks almost professional grade.

We looked through a lot of options, comparing features and reviews. We saw the LG 6235 listed as one of Consumer Reports' top electric ranges and it has good reviews on several different sites so it became one of our top choices. Since it has true convection, air fry, multiple size burner options, a large 6.3 Cu. Ft interior AND a storage drawer, it checked off all our boxes. Since it arrived, we've used all the features and everything works great! We would definitely recommend this range...especially when it's on sale for less than $1,000 (which seems to happen often).

Love this oven! It is very roomy inside to cook on 3 racks with ease. Cooks items to perfection when following directions on prepackaged items. Cookies come out perfect every time! I used the air fry feature for chicken wings and they came out so tender and juicy. I do not have the optional air fry rack/basket but am considering it. The stove top heats very quickly and evenly. The top is easy to clean after cooking. All around this range is far better than my Samsung range I had prior to this. This is all around a better made product. I highly recommend this range and the LG products all around as I am becoming an LG household due to the quality of items they make which I now own. Refrigerator, dishwasher, televisions, etc. (waiting for my over the range microwave to crap out to replace with another LG product).

We love LG products and own many! When we decided to upgrade our kitchen appliances, it was a clear choice of which brand we were going with. Originally we were looking at another LG model, but it was out of stock so we decided on this one. It has lots of features like the InstaView window, self-clean & easy clean, multiple sized burners, and we love that it's printProof! With kids who constantly touch everything, it makes cleaning a breeze. It's a little disappointing that it doesn't come with the air fry rack at the price point it's at and it can't be found to purchase anywhere. Also, it's super frustrating that it came with a huge dent and it's not in stock to be replaced.

I only gave it a 4 because the glass top shows stains from grease, food that drops, etc. and soap and water does not cut it on the black glass top. Also I did not want to get a stove that had red knobs or indicators on them, I don't like red, but it is hard to see from afar if you have turned off the stove. Which the sides of the stove came in a lighter color and the glass top as well, like a light or dark grey. The shocking blue inside is actually nice once you see it at home.

Great looks, nice functions and easy to use. The Air Fry feature works far better than our countertop model, the oven is sleek and well made. yes the storage drawer is small but where do you think they got the space for the 6.3 Cu ft oven lol. Read a couple of reviews that did not appear to know what exactly they were purchasing, that is why research is important. This range is exactly what I was looking for. Note there is a lower burner in the oven but it is hidden for easy cleaning. Amazed that someone thought it did not have one when the hidden feature is in the specks.

I went to the store looking specifically for another brand, but LG is always a favorite. This oven is unique and looks sharp! It has a clean design and is also EASY to clean...and intuitive to use. I am looking forward to using it for years to come and appreciate the quick heating element and the convection feature.

The cook top marks up and stains very easily; much more than any glass top oven I have used in the past. Also, the design of the oven does not allow it to sit flush to the wall. The oven actually sticks out 1 3/4 from the wall, which looks odd. The burners are good and hit and the oven itself works quite well.
