Not cool..... This unit baked a single batch unevenly. The installers did not level it. Oven temps are not right, set at 375 actual temp was 330. The drawer is really cheap and flimsy.

I'm impressed by the convection oven and I love the blue inside. I was especially impressed with the customer service from Best Buy. We had an issue when it was first delivered and they fixed it immediately and we're super helpful about it.

Only gripes I have is that the warming burner doesn't have any real indication that it's on, and that. Also the larger burners dials don't have icons that tell you if the knob turns on both the inside and outside burner or just the inside. Otherwise the controls are quite intuitive.

I intended to call an report it but I ended up in the hospital the next morning. Since I've been home that was not on my rehab list. So if you could let me know what I should do I would appreciate your assistance.
