Bought this stove as a replacement. It has everything that I need - easy to use functions, various heating levels and Wi-Fi capabilities. Overall great buy!

The installer no-showed me, and they never called or texted. I had to set up another appointment, but it was 4 weeks from the time I purchased the unit. I just went online and found the exact same appliance at Home Depot, and it was installed within 3 days. This was the second appliance install where I was not treated properly.
I have purchased over $30,000 worth of items from Best Buy in the last 6 years, furnishing a total of 4 homes. It's sad how poorly the Geek Squad service is operated. No return calls, no return correspondence, just lame excuses and no compensation for my tiime missed from from or from charges I incurred to get a 3rd party to install my other appliance. Your new business model NEEDS work. Sad, since the folks in the stores are great.
