The roller drawers aren't amazing, and the "just put it in air fryer" can't deal with frozen junk food in a reasonable time. If the instructions say 10 mins, then flip. After 20 minutes, everything will still be frozen. This, I have been told, is working fine. I was told, "No one said it would be as fast as a countertop one." I understand, but it is significantly slower than my old conventional oven after preheat. Basically, don't buy this if you are excited about replacing your countertop air fryer.

Delivered broken. Hours on the phone. Took 4 months until it was finally fixed. Multiple no shows. I rep said they couldn’t email me something I asked proof of. A tech company? Set carbon monoxide alarms off- company did not care. I was promised compensation and non was offered or given. Run from this place.
